ok- we have a grand canyon trip for 20 days. Want to have feta in our pasta day 19. We can keep cool, but not refrigerated. Will it last?

I'm sure it'll be fine. 1. It's packed in it's own brine. 2. I'm not sure it even needs refrigeration to start with. I think it's own bien is preservative enough! Side note: if you haven't tried this before, be assured, this is undoubtedly the best feta cheese available! IMHO

What are the ingredients?

Goats milk, I presume! Whatever the French make feta with! Sheep's milk I suppose, but don't think so! When I find something this good, I don't bother with what's in it! Research feta cheese making!

Can I freeze it to preserve more?

I keep mine the the refrigerator on the lower shelf works best. I don't keep any cheese in the freezer, it dry them out.
