Delicious
This is the best gluten free bread I've tried. Being low carb is a huge bonus. I keep it in the freezer and take out what I need. It doesn't keep well on the counter. It also stays fresh in the fridge. The biggest downfall is the PRICE. Ugh. I wish I could afford it more often.

Great gluten free/high fiber choice
This bread is great toasted. IF you try to make French toast make egg mixture thicker. ( Use yolk instead of whites or add a little thickener because the bread moistened pretty much disintegrates. Grilled sandwiches ,it works great. Taste is good for gluten free. Remember is has 15 grams of fiber per slice( be careful). I personally have not tried a regular sandwich so unsure how it holds up it is very soft untoasted. They also fixed the last shipping problem I had where the bread arrived smoshed. This most recent loaf came in excellent condition.
