not exactly what I wanted.
Seems like a good product, but I searched for a dimmer with a wireless companion dimmer. This one requires wiring so I returned it.

Very solidly made
These are super nice to the touch., look beautiful on the wall and made my contractor very happy to install them Excellent quality and very solidly made. Don't feel cheap, don't look cheap

It does the job
The good: It does the job. It’s a 3 way dimmer with a modern look. The install went well with NO NEUTRAL just like a switch from a big box store. The bad: I was a little disappointed as I thought that the switch would illuminate at night based on the pictures (the switch paddles as well as the status bar) but maybe that was my own misunderstanding. You do get a status indicator light of your last light level when the switch is OFF but only on your master switch, there’s no indicator light on the companion switch - and none of the main paddles illuminate. If this company sold a single pole and 3 way switch that illuminated within the paddle and status bar (giving it a smart feel) without actually being smart, I would replace every switch in my home. All that said I would buy again
