I don’t know for sure. But DCT transmissions are sensitive to oil types. Your best bet for a solid answer is to go to a VELOSTER enthusiast or aftermarket vendor page and see what oils they recommend.

Does this product contain any friction modifiers ?

not sure what you’re running it in but it was a night and day difference in my manual 6 speed sti way smooth on upshifts and down shifts. Like any tho it’s all about maintenance intervals and being religious on changes. I run motul in my motor, trans, and rear diff.

Can i use this in 2010 scion tc gear box?

You can but for the price I'd consider RedLine MT90 instead
