I think this thing works great. I have koi in my fish tank I don't want to put them in a pond so I normally have to change my water once a week. This looks like I may not have to do that anymore. The first picture is before I get the picture is after 3 days

My very dirty 200-250 Gal pound with no visibility after a month was clean and cleared after running this UV sponge filter for about a week. Took the gamble even with some bad reviews, but itโs working well after two weeks! Easy to get going and fairly easy to clean. Before and after picture attached. I can finally see my Koiโs and goldfish again!
