It has always been a childhood favourite of mine and to have finally found a pattern book in which I am able to make the Brambly Hedge Family Characters has made me so happy, and thought that it would be a great idea to leave a great review of the book here.Going through the book I had found the mice that I had once fallen in love with as a child, seeing them coming together once more, but this time by my hand alone, as I had once done with my mother so long ago. I am able to make the mice and a home for them from various shoe boxes so it looks like they are living in a woodland, (of course using come old branches that has been treated after dying so as not to cause any harm).Making these characters is something that I am more than happy to say that I shall now pass onto my children, and there childrens children for may generations to come.It is something that I know in my heart that will last for many generations for any one who wants to make these mice for themselves or their children.

Lovely book and cute patterns. These mice are quite small so have hand sewn parts of them. Very pleased with finished mice.This book worth buying if you like tiny animals. Patterns are full size and ready to trace.

I ordered this thinking it was knitting patterns , when it arrived I thought how lovely the pictures are , beyond my skills but my daughter in law is amazing and was thrilled with it

Enchanting, well written with easy pattern to follow and create little mice

I am pleased to have a used copy of this book as I simply wanted to make a dressed mouse doll, based on a favourite book my daughter loved as a child. This was the nearest design I could find, so was really pleased to be able to obtain a secondhand - but very good - copy of this book. Would recommend this seller.

Nice book. I bought it because I was looking for a pattern for a dormouse that I could make to put in my oversized teapot for a Mad Hatter's Tea Party. Sadly none of them were suitable in size ...I might have to try and adapt one.
