Stay away from the "softgels". I was disappointed with the condition of this product when it arrived. The capsules had fused together into a single mass. It was almost as if they had melted. However; I can see in other reviews this has happened even if February and they still experienced the same issue. In addition to being one big clump, they smell very bad. I don't know if that's the smell of the liquid medicine and it has leaked out onto other pills (causing this one large glob of pills) or what, but it smells really bad. I personally can't get past the smell when I open the bottle. Another issue was that the capsules themselves looked underfilled. Instead of being full and somewhat rounded, they were mostly flat, which was unexpected. The packaging doesn't seem to provide adequate protection. I'm not sure if it's moisture or just the rough process that shipping can be, but the packaging needs some sort of revision to prevent the capsules from clumping together. Because of these quality issues, I don't plan to purchase this product again.

Do NOT buy these during hot times of the year or if you're living in a hot climate, unless you want a glob of allergy meds. I was able to get a refund, but just a word to the wise to be wary based on time of year and climate when ordering.

I prefer softgels to solid capsules so this was good. But maybe something went wrong in the manufacturing process. The bottle arrived intact and looked okay. But when I opened it, the capsules looked all warped and stuck together. When I went to touch them, it also left a weird bitter texture on my fingers. I dont think I should use these? Sadly.... So great product....Just not the bottle I got. And no it was not that hot today. Its still cool and in thr 40s and 50s so it was not the weather

They do nothing for allergies but work better than OTC sleeping pills. I bought it for the reviews on sleeping.

When I opened the item today the capsules were melted together since this is no return item I cannot get them to replace so DO NOT BUY this brand

Low quality packaging. When I received the capsules they were all clumped together adhered to each other. I had to dump them out in a clump and gently pull them apart. I put them in another container. The capsules are also almost flat, not full as one would expect. They are usuable but should be packaged better, perhaps with a desicant pack. I won't be buying them again.

Most of these in the bottle were smashed in but I think they still work
