Excellent Product
I love this bidet!!! It has helped me tremendously medically. My doctor told me to get one and I finally got it in April. Iโm so pleased with the product. We did have an electrician come in and put a separate plug in the toilet area because we didnโt want to have an extension cord to connect it and be a danger of tripping on it. So that was another expense added onto the cost of the bidet. Fortunately, my daughter paid for the installation of the electrical work so I was blessed with that gift. I highly recommend this product to anyone else who is having issues with skin and anal issues that could not be resolved except with a prescription ointment and also the bidet. The instructions were OK, but not 100% clear but we finally got it in successfully and have completed with the unit.

Total bathroom upgrade ๐
Wow! This bidet seat is game changer. Installed it by myself in like 30 min, no plumbing skills required. The remote is so handy - it can adjust water pressure, temp and nozzle position without even getting up (from the toilet, you know what I mean) Heated seat = best decision, specially in winter. Warm air dryer. Feels so much cleaner than wiping, and it's quite so no awkward noises. Sturdy, too.

Rectum issue solved
I bought this for my 96 year old mother. She says it is the best thing she has ever had. It actually solved some medical issues she was having with her rectum.

They work as described
I've had a little bit of a issue getting used to it but once it works it works fantastically I am told that it keeps me "squeaky clean" It was well worth the investment for it and try it you will like it

Intuitive Design (seat and remote)
Installation was easy, and the bidet is packed with useful features. All of the advertised functions work well. The only issue (taking one start off) I've encountered is with the remote control. When adjusting settings using the side buttons, the corresponding indicator lights appear on the wrong buttons on the remote. I could not reset the remote using the procedure described in the user manual.
