Product description FIND COMFORT IN EVERY SCENE Active Support Relief While Working On-the-Go Support Take A Short Break Review: Functional - This is a slight mess of straps an parts at first but once you have it sorted it's self eplanatory. The material is pretty thin I thought at first it would be like a neoprene sock. Those styles are too hot n bulky for comfort. This fits well in my running shoes not that I run. The heel strap was a bit short on my size 11 but still made the connection. Velcro is grippy n strong. It might catch on socks or other fabrics if ur sloppy choosing attaching locations but no irritation of skin from it so far. Infact it is very comfortable I'm barely aware of it on. It's doing what it's meant too well. I think the big decision is do u want too wear it vs using a shoe incert sole. The effect is the same when you have footwear on. If you're going out I think an insole is simpler. If ur not going too wear shoes this is a valid solution. Suitable for house dojo, gym ,studio, anyplace shoes need to be off. I marked off the one star because no instructions, and runs a bit small. My foot is not in pain for the test but I've had many issues and many solutions. I think it would aid me if it was acting up. Plus strapping might have some compression value like ace bandage. Otherwise I like this solution I think many people would be happy with it and it's a decent value. I give it a buy rating. Review: A Simple Arch Support That Made a Real Difference - I was born with flat feet, but for most of my life it never slowed me down. I spent three years in the Army running and marching every day without a single issue. Through my 30s and 40s, I ran several kilometers almost daily and never once thought about my arches. That changed in my late 60s. I was convinced I’d broken my foot and went to see my physician. After an X ray, the orthopedic surgeon explained that the real problem was my flat feet finally catching up with me. She recommended insoles with strong arch support, and the improvement was immediate — night and day. For everyday wear, I now rely on a specific sneaker brand with a built in, prominent arch. But for all my other footwear — slippers, work boots, and the shoes I rotate in and out — I needed something that could give me that same level of support. That’s where the ErgoFoot Arch Support System came in. The 0.55 inch lift turned out to be the sweet spot for me. It gave me just enough elevation to eliminate the pain I was getting in other shoes, without feeling bulky or awkward. The supports are easy to apply, stay put, and feel comfortable even during long wear. I appreciate that they’re simple, lightweight, and don’t require me to overhaul my footwear collection. What I like most is that they let me keep using the shoes I already own while still getting the arch support my feet now demand. For someone who never had foot issues until later in life, finding something this straightforward and effective has been a real relief. If you have flat feet or need extra arch support in footwear that doesn’t provide it, these are absolutely worth trying. For me, they’ve worked very well.

3 stars.
I like that it comes with different gel insert heights, which lets you customize the level of support. The strap is adjustable and breathable, and it does stay in place fairly well once you get it positioned correctly. However, it’s not the most comfortable right away. It took me a few tries to find the right fit, and even then, it can feel a bit bulky depending on the shoes. It works better with certain footwear than others, and wearing it for long periods can take some getting used to. Overall, it does provide some support and relief, but it’s not a perfect solution out of the box. If you’re willing to adjust and experiment a bit, it can be helpful, but comfort may vary. I’d rate it 3 stars for decent performance with some drawbacks.

Relief! Most of the time anyway...
These arch support braces actually worked which is a great deal better than I can say for most that I have tried. I could tell a difference immediately. They are almost comfortable though I find that the gel pad is definitely too hard on some days while others it's pretty great. The fit is easy to achieve for many different foot sizes. The durability feels a bit weak & like it could break easily though it hasn't yet. Really the only issue that I have had is that the gel pad is too hard some days making it feel like my foot is compressed in a vice grip but it happens less often than it working out great so I really can't complain about that as it is much better than it was before I started using the brace. It has been a gamechanger for me & definitely well worth the price!

Clearly not designed for little feet.
I have small, flat feet (size 6/6.5). I thought arch supports might be helpful for my occasional plantar fasciitis. But despite coming with two sizes of arches, both were way too big and uncomfortable. I tried them both and wore the smaller for about 30 minutes before I couldn’t bear it anymore. They caused me more pain. On bigger feet with arches, these may work fine, but if you have flat feet or small feet, there are better options. Also, the instructions are very vague and the quality is minimal. Way overpriced for what you get.

Impressive Pain Relief and Support, Even If the Build Feels a Bit Light
I noticed improvement almost immediately with this arch support system, but I wanted to give it a few days before reviewing. I’m happy to say that I’ve been able to stop relying on my orthopedic shoes and still enjoy a foot that’s about 95 to 98 percent pain free. It’s the closest I’ve been to normal in a long time, and now that I can comfortably wear barefoot shoes again, I’m expecting even more progress as my foot and ankle continue to strengthen. The kit includes two braces and two sets of replaceable pads. The pads attach with adhesive so you can position the arch lift exactly where it feels best, and the soft, slightly stretchy material makes the whole setup comfortable for long wear. The 0.55 inch lift turned out to be the perfect height for me. It gives enough elevation to eliminate the pain I get in my other shoes without feeling bulky or awkward. The supports stay put, feel natural underfoot, and let me keep wearing the shoes I already own instead of buying a whole new lineup. My only complaint is that the straps and Velcro feel a bit flimsy, so I expect I’ll need another set eventually. I’ve found the right tension now, so I can slip the brace on and off without undoing everything, which should help extend its life. The heel straps could be a little larger for people dealing with swelling or edema, but the brace still works without them if needed. For someone who never had foot issues until later in life, finding something this simple and effective has been a real relief. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and delivers meaningful support across different types of footwear. Definitely a great find.

Actually works!! I recommended it!
Comes with two different sizes of instep pads, so you can select the height that best works for you. There are two complete units, so you can use them, one on each foot if desired. For me, I just wanted to try this to see if it would help my plantar fasciitis. I've been using a compression sock and orthopedic shoes and I've had some success, though not as much as I'd like. I tried this item and had immediate improvement, but wanted to use it a few days before reviewing. I'm happy to report that I've been able to stop using the orthopedic shoes, and still enjoy almost a pain-free foot. Not 100% pain-free yet, but this is the closest I've been, at roughly 95-98%. I'm expecting continued improvement since I'm finally able to use barefoot shoes, which should help further strengthen the foot and ankle. Definitely a great find! My only complaint would be that this feels a bit flimsy, so I'll likely need to get another set for when the Velcro or straps give out. I can delay that somewhat, though, because I've found the perfect tension and can now just slip off one of the ankle straps, and then slide the whole unit off of (or onto, as needed) my foot. If you're suffering from plantar fasciitis or potentially other heel, ankle or instep issues, this thing is definitely worth a try!

like it, gives me good support for feet
Gives good support. I was able to use it for a few days and felt nice. Even without flat foot you can use it for better food comfort and feel. good purchase.
