Not a bad organizer.
Isn't as deep as I expected, so that's why the 4 stars. Other than that its a pretty decent organizer for small to large screws. I like the ability to adjust the pockets for various size screws. The lid locks pretty solid so if it got tipped over for some reason it wont just pop open and everything inside scatters. The red dividers are kind of flexible so you got to make sure they're locked in place if you're using a space or 2 for longer screws.
