14-Count Plastic Canvas Sheets (6-Piece Set)
This set includes six 14-count plastic canvas sheets, each measuring 11 x 8.2 inches. Factually, 14-count mesh is a precision-oriented specification, providing 14 holes per linear inch, which is a requirement for detailed cross-stitch or embroidery work that standard 7-count mesh cannot accommodate. The plastic material is waterproof and resistant to fraying, offering a factual advantage over fabric Aida cloth for 3D DIY projects like bookmarks, coasters, or tissue box covers. I’ve found that the plastic is highly customizable; I’ve noticed that it can be easily cut into complex shapes with standard craft scissors without the edges unraveling. I’ve learned that because the plastic is rigid, you do not need an embroidery hoop to maintain tension, which I’ve found makes it much easier for beginners to master uniform stitches. I always suggest using a #24 or #26 tapestry needle with this count to ensure the needle passes through the holes smoothly without stretching the plastic. One practical detail is the clarity of the mesh. I’ve noticed that the uniform hole spacing makes it much easier to track your pattern compared to flexible fabrics. I’ve found that the 11 x 8.2-inch size provides enough surface area for larger panels, but is small enough to handle comfortably in one hand while working. It is a durable, factual crafting supply that provides the structural support needed for intricate, long-lasting handicraft projects.

Let’s make tissue box covers again!
This pack offers six stiff plastic canvas sheets for about 9$, which feels like a very good value for the amount you receive. The material holds its shape well, making it an excellent choice for projects that need firm structure. It would work especially well for a tissue box cover for grandma or any small container that benefits from clean, crisp sides. The holes are small, so thinner yarns and needles are the best match. If you use too big of a needle it may pass through smoothly but cause stretching of the grid. The holes are evenly spaced, and the color is consistent across every sheet, which helps finished pieces look neat and uniform. The sheets are good size for a variety of projects, large enough, but not giant. Each sheet is easy to cut. Scissors glide through the plastic without cracking, and the edges stay smooth and tidy. Overall, this is a reliable and well made set of plastic canvas sheets with a very practical price for the quantity. It suits detailed, structured craft projects and offers dependable quality for the cost.

Great Plastic Canvas Sheets For Cross Stitch Projects
I picked up this set of plastic canvas sheets to use with some of my cross stitch patterns, and they’ve turned out to be a really handy addition to my craft supplies. The 14‑count mesh matches the same stitch count as typical aida cloth, so I can use any of my existing patterns without having to adjust the design or spacing. That alone makes these incredibly versatile, especially for ornaments, small decorations, or pieces that need a bit more structure than fabric can provide. The size of each sheet is generous, giving me plenty of room to work with larger motifs or to cut them down into smaller shapes. The plastic is sturdy but still easy to trim with regular craft scissors, which makes customizing projects simple. I also like that the sheets are a clean, bright white, so colors show up clearly and stitches look crisp. For the price, getting six sheets feels like a solid value, especially considering how many small projects you can get out of each one. If you enjoy cross stitch or mixed‑media crafts, these are a great option to keep on hand. They open up a lot of creative possibilities without costing much at all.

Fine Plastic Canvas for X-Stitch
The canvas arrived and is exactly what I have been hoping for. The mesh is quite fine and is perfect for using to make 3-D Christmas ornaments using three strands of floss to cross stitch the design. The holes are round instead of square, like the larger mesh canvas, which allows the floss to cover more plastic and really lets the design shine through. I haven’t found any holes yet which aren’t completely pierced, but if I see a fine plastic film filling in one of the holes it would be easy enough to open it up with a needle and get to work again. These holes are small enough that they are probably not suitable for any but the finest yarn, if you are hoping to use yarn with it. The plastic is flexible in the large sheet but plenty rigid enough when cut down to a smaller size. It is easy to work with and I am enjoying making more of these ornaments for the children in my extended family.

Just Average quality
I imagine the canvas itself doesn’t need to look very nice if it’s just going to be covered up with cross stitch thread, but I wasn’t extremely impressed with the molding quality. I use a lot of the other variations of plastic canvas for aquarium purposes, mainly the 10 count and 6 or 7 count sizes. It’s great for making baby fish or egg traps and also for attaching to my siphon to prevent the fish from getting sucked up, and it prevents large debris from entering and clogging the hose. I figured this might be nice for containing very tiny fish fry, while letting water flow through, kind of like a net nursery but more rigid, and it seems like it will do the trick. The canvas lays nice and flat and was not warped, which I think would be important for needle artwork. The biggest difference I noticed between this compared and the other sizes is that it has very tiny round holes instead of the square holes that I’m used to. Some of the holes are closed off with a very thin layer of the plastic, and there are some visible molding imperfections, but there would be absolutely no problem easily poking through it with a needle, so for its intended purpose it’s just fine. It’s not really a big deal to me either as long as some water is able to flow through. I’m really happy with it and have no major complaints, but the quality is a little lower than I expected. Still no problem at all, thank you.
