This is a really convenient little lunch warmer if you like bringing your own meals. The 20 ounce size is perfect for a personal portion like soup, pasta, leftovers, or oatmeal. It is small enough to carry easily but still holds a satisfying amount of food. I love the blush pink color because it is cute and different from a typical lunch container. The handle makes it easy to carry and the lid seals well, so I have not had issues with leaks when transporting it. It warms food slowly and evenly, which is great when you do not have access to a microwave. The removable container also makes cleaning simple. Overall it is a practical option for work, travel, or anywhere you want a warm homemade meal during the day.

I learned of this warmer 3 years ago and kick myself for not jumping on it then. If you're a teacher, then you know a 30 to 40 minute lunch is really 15 minutes at best after taking students to the cafeteria, waiting to use a spattered microwave that might take forever to heat, or waiting for an overpriced, delayed Door Dash delivery to arrive with your lunch. After waiting for the microwave to heat a Lean Cuisine meal, I observed a coworker walk in the teacher's lounge, sit down, open her warmer, and begin eating a hot lunch without hesitation. After watching this scenario daily, for a year,... (yeah.... I didn't want to purchase another cute gadget to add to my Goodwill donation box)...or waiting for another expensive, delayed lunch delivery, I finally caved in and purchased this warmer. OMMMGGG! My entire lunch situation changed for the better! First, it paid for itself when I consider the cost of 2-3 delivered lunches a week. A Door Dash lunch is no longer required. Pros: No more waiting in line for the microwave. No more waiting for a microwave to heat my lunch. I don't have to leave my room if I want a peaceful & quiet lunch alone. I eat healthier lunches. Did I mention a hot lunch?! Perfect for heating leftovers from home or from last night's take out. My lunch is never dry or over cooked. If I want a frozen meal (Lean Cuisine), I heat it in the microwave at home for 1 minute to soften and ease of placing in the warmer. Once at school, I plug in the warmer and heat without disturbing for 2 1/2 hours. Perfect temp, not dry, or burned. The inner vessel is easy to clean after use. I take it home everyday and leave the base at school. I even prepare oatmeal at home: 1/2 c oats, 1/2 c water, 1/2 c milk, dash of salt, cinnamon, brown sugar, vanilla, 1 t. butter and some raisons. Place ingredients in liner, take to work, plug in for 2 1/2 hours, stir and enjoy hot, smooth oatmeal for lunch. Cons: It's a mini crockpot warmer, so yes, patience is required for warm/hot food. Some people commented their food was warm in 1 hour. I can't say that. My schedule works for a 9:30am plug in and 11:55am hot meal to enjoy with no food odors in the room. Honestly, every school district should purchase this warmer as a welcome gift for their new teachers. They'll thank you later.

Purchased this for taking leftovers to work. It works really well and I use it a lot in cold weather. Nice to have a warm meal when it's cold outside. Takes about an 45-60 mins to heat depending on density of food. Easy to clean and transport.

I wish the time would be more less to heat, I have to heat my food up a good hour at least before my meal, to be fully hot hot. Sometimes I’ll give myself a full 1 1/2 before lunch to ensure it stays hot. During eating & you have to persistently lift the lid up. But if you don’t care for super hot food, a go 40 minutes it’s warm. Other than that easy to carry , great size and color , texture is nice. If you can track the time frame before lunch break or meal time , you’re fully set. If you want to save money on lunch, this is it. Keeps soups leak free as well.

I got this thing at the start of the year and it's changed lunches for me entirely. It's so easy, I just plug it in 1.5-2 hours before I plan to take my lunch (I could probably do it even earlier), and if it's not a soup I add in a splash of water to steam up. Everything is evenly heated and I don't have to deal with any of the cons of microwaving my meal. No cold or lava hot spots, no weird taste, no being depressingly bland once reheated. This thing really shines with soups, chilis, and stews. But don't let it fool you, it's amazing with just about anything but breaded stuff. That's the only category of food I won't heat in here, because the steam will make it lose the crunch. This only warms food, it does not cook it, though I will be experimenting with making instant ramen in it. One of my coworkers does this and she swears by it. Oh yeah and like 3 of my coworkers also have these exact little crock pots for their lunches. They're quite popular in my office.

This mini Crockpot food warmer comes in clutch! I work at an office with 1 microwave that barely functions. I plug this in about 1.5-2 hrs before lunch and BOOM perfectly warmed meal that is ready to eat right at lunch. Also convenient when I have to drive to another work location during lunch because I can just grab it and go, and eat a warm meal in the car. And it seems more evenly heated than a microwave. I have put all sorts of food, but my go-to is some kind of meat/rice/frozen vegetable and soup. I haven’t tried pasta yet, but it may get a little crusty if not a saucy pasta, but I’m sure it would still taste great. I have overcooked my pre-cooked meat (steak) when I left it on for 3-3.5 hrs. The 1-2 hrs heating time seems to be the sweet spot. As others have mentioned, the top lid that screws on is slightly difficult at first, but once you get the hang of it, is not hard to operate. The thread just doesn’t catch very well is the main problem. The cord can be stored wrapped around on the bottom, but I have had difficulty getting it to wrap around so it can still sit flat; so I just carry it in my lunch bag most of the time. Handle is convenient for carrying. I think it fits a sufficient meal. Guesstimate 3/4 cup of rice, 6 oz meat, 1/2 cup mixed vegetables or 2-2.5 cups of soup. If it could have some simple upgrades, an on/off switch or option for battery power and re-do on the lid threading so top lid is easier to use. If it was actually designed to cook raw foods that would really be amazing, but still amazing as it is. Would definitely buy again!

I saw a colleague had one and I ordered it. I had another colleague tell me after I ordered it that hers did not get warm enough. Mine arrived so I didn't have much faith. But to my surprise it heats up excellent and I love it! Perfect for soups/stews for lunch. I'm trying to save money by bringing my own lunch. I would recommend it.

Nice little food warmer. I’ve had one of these (same brand) for years but it finally broke. Thought this was a new model but wish I’d read the reviews - came with a US plug so had to return. Very disappointed.
