I purchased the kids reading pillow in camouflage for our grandson. The instructions for fluffing the pillow after removing from the vacuum sealed shipping bag were clear and simple to follow. The colors are rich and deep and the pillow looks great. I also appreciate that the cover is removable for laundering. It has been working really well for our grandson. He's having to spend more time in bed than usual right now and it's perfect for when he feels like watching TV or playing a video game. The pillow provides excellent support and is also comfortable at the same time. It doesn't get "all squished up" so it doesn't need frequent adjusting. This is because the pillow is stuffed with shredded foam rather that polyfill or polystyrene beads. I did send an email to the seller (whose info was proudly included with the pillow which shows they stand behind their product) on a Saturday morning and I received a reply from Joyce less than 10 minutes later... on a Saturday! She was amazing and incredibly responsive. If you're considering a ComfortSpa Reading Pillow, it's a quality product and I highly recommend you purchase it!

Oh my! What a wonderful purchase!!! Great back support and very comfortable. No problem getting it to "fill" out(followed suggestions). I also like the little side pockets to hold little incidentally. The blue color is beautiful and can be used in any room. Well packaged, very good purchase price. For me, GOOD restful, comfort piece.

This pillow is heavy, firm and supportive and just what I need. As others have mentioned, the side arms stick out to the side instead of being angled forward. And the pillow is quite stinky stanky, even though I removed the cover and washed it first (the removable cover washed up very well using cold water with gentle detergent in gentle cycle and low setting on the dryer). The stank from the pillow is almost skunk-like and seems to come from whatever's used to stuff the pillow. I'm looking forward to it dissipating, as other reviewers have indicated that it eventually does go away. I spritzed it lightly with Febreze fabric spray and that did help. So if you can put up with a few days of stink, it's a comfy and supportive back pillow.

This pillow by ComfortSpa is awesome! I ordered the set of two large pillows, and I'm super-satisfied with the design, look, feel, quality, price, and customer service. I reached out for a question and received a very helpful email back immediately. You can tell that Joyce and her husband care about their customers and the products they sell. The package comes with a letter from the owners with specific instructions on how to get the pillow to fluff out from being squeezed tight for shipping to full size. It will take a couple weeks, but putting it in the clothes dryer (on the recommended heat setting per the instructions) and being a little patient will get the job done. There is an inner pillow case that holds the shredded memory foam, and there is a plush outer cover. Both are zippered. I opened up the pillow after fluffing it in the dryer, put my arm in, and separated the memory foam that was stuck together. This helps to fluff the pillow even more. I've used it for working in bed, reading in bed, and eating on the couch. It allows me to sit close enough to eat with my plate and glass on a TV table while supporting my back. For all the reasons listed above, the amazing customer service (very rare these days), and the fact that this family-owned and family-operated business is in the good, old U.S.A., I highly recommend a ComfortSpa reading/back pillow. It lives up to its company's name...bravo, ComfortSpa!

There was absolutely nothing to dislike about this. I have used others in the past, but they bulged in the wrong spot while never enabling you to set up comfortably as well as have side support. The only way I can describe it is it feels the way you do then you have someone sitting close behind you with their arms cuddled next to your side allowing you to comfortably rest on them or if you are into stuffed animals like I am, it’s like being swaddled by a giant teddy bear. Lol I ordered an extra one to give as a gift who is bedridden. I know she’s gonna love it especially because it’s like Goldilocks it’s not too firm and it’s not too soft. It’s just right. Wedges are horrible since they are inflexible and make you sweat. There are some that remind me of a back of a beach chair, which is not conducive to actually comfortably sitting in bed. What is so funny is I can fall asleep sitting against this and not wake up achy which happens when I tried to bunch pillows together and fell asleep. I have a hard time sleeping anyway, but the craziest thing is as soon as I get in bed and use this I fall asleep within 25 minutes. So this not only is a great item to use for sitting in bed reading or using your laptop, but it also is fantastic if you fall asleep as well as help when you go to sleep, believe it or not. Kudos to the husband and wife who came up with this idea. Thank you thank you thank you. Also the material is just right. I will probably buy two more and put them in my bedroom closet for future use. I did forget to say this is perfect because I have a headboard that has a book shelf area across the entire bed where I place the books I am reading or will be reading, but it, makes sitting up in the bed uncomfortable. Buy it and you’ll be happy that you did plus like I said it makes a fantastic gift for someone who is bedridden or recovering from surgery or an injury, requiring them to stay in bed. They will love you for it.

I have taken my time in trying to get this reading pillow to take shape and settle in comfortably. It should be comfy by now, but it is not. I looked at all of them and description of this one fit my needs. I won't make this mistake again. Since I missed my return date, I'm not ordering another.

LOVE this! The pockets are perfect for a remote or small book. It came fully compacted. I wanted to use it as soon as possible -figured it would take a couple days, based on the comments. So I immediately followed the directions and put in the dryer as directed. I was amazed how much that fluffed it out! I thought it would ready in 1 day instead of 2. But by the time I went to bed that night, it looked practically ready to use. I tried it that night since directions said using helped it to fill out. Felt good that first night, and by the 2nd night it it had filled out completely! I often accidentally fall asleep on it, but it is so supportive, I felt great in the morning. It is the perfect firmness and I experienced no smell at all. I an going to buy more for other bedrooms!

Oh. My. God. I love my new reading pillow! Fluffed it up in the dryer yesterday, let it sit and expand overnight. I'm using it right now on my couch, kicking' back, reading and relaxing on the couch and I have no more neck pain! Been struggling with stacks of throw pillows, trying to get comfortable, so frustrating.... and painful. Not anymore! Not a soft squishy pillow, but firm and supportive for back and neck. Love the firmness and the comfy cover with handy pockets on both sides and a pocket in back, and, since I'm only 5' 2", the size is perfect for me. (If you're tall it may not be right for you. Check the dimensions.) I don't wanna get up! I'm gonna stay here all day. Comfort Spa Reading Pillow is a life changer. I'm going to order another one for my bed. Yay!! UPDATE... Did it! Bought another for my bedroom! No more neck pain. And, I don't have to drag my fabulous reading pillow from room to room.

Usually lazy to write reviews but this product is so good I bought a second one in the end. My dad fractured his ankle so he’s been bed ridden and this has been great in helping him sit up comfortably while in bed. It was well packed and shipped promptly. Would recommend.
