The taste is really good but that's not what it's all about. I did light workout alternate days at home while having this and really have gained 3 KGs after 3 weeks, from 54 to 57. I don't know own if that's coz of my workout and increased diet(gainer has helped me in increasing the calorie intake), but the result is good. Update: after 1 month I am again back to my normal weight, partially because of my diet loss as well. Maybe if I continue the first I can maintain the weight. I have ordered muscle blaze pro-gainer with high protein this time. This will boost your daily calorie intake, though protein content is lower.

Review: MB Mass Gainer (5kg) I used MB 5kg Mass Gainer for weight gain, but honestly, I’m not satisfied with the results. After finishing the entire 5kg pack, I gained only 1 kg. That much weight could have increased naturally with a normal diet as well. Considering the money spent, the results were not impressive at all. I did not notice any significant muscle gain or major physical change. It felt like a waste of money. In my opinion, increasing daily calories and protein intake through regular food would give similar results without spending so much on this product.

3 star because the unpacking of main cartoon is just v v bad! Unzipping is a chaos . Looks like MB has packed gold blocks inside which needs to be zipped like this. My knife broke unzipping this cartoon. Nonsense!!

I got it in a deal for 3700/- and I used it to maintain my weight. It helped me even in a non routine diet. You can gain weight 😉💪 with this product. I cannot guarantee for everone but for me it helped. I was a lean guy so you can trust me on this. Just do exercise post and past drinking this shake. Use it with water not milk for better results. If you have milk, drink milk at night before sleeping for good results.
