When and How can I clean the pump? (E1 code)

Generally, using 1L of water and 50g of citric acid. Water Temperature: About 40°C. Soak in citric acid for 30 mins, then long press the "M" botton to activate Self-Cleaning Mode, the system will automatically perform deep circulation descaling.

Why does the wick filter emit a strange odor?

It is normal for the cooling pad to develop an odor after long-term use. This can be easily resolved by soaking and washing it: Mix citric acid and warm water at a ratio of 1:20, soak wick filter for 30 mins, then wash it clean.
