I kind of made a mistake when I bought these matzos! I wanted something kosher for Passover and these are not - and I didn't catch that. However, there are other uses for unleavened bread and anyone familiar with spelt knows it is kind of a bland, lack luster grain. So, when I tasted these and they had such a full, robust flavor, I was delighted! However they did it, they brought out the best qualities of this fabulous grain and made it a pleasure to consume. And that meets my needs perfectly. Thank You!

Matza crackers are in pieces, the item is all torn up and only held together by shipping tape, prior to ever being shipped out. Damaged items should not be sold as if they are new when the damage occurred prior to shipment. The taste is fine, if you like unsalted matzo.

The spelt is awesome! Truly! Great texture and flavor! But I was hoping mine would come intact. Other reviewers who said theirs came crushed didn’t lie. Don’t know why you’d send this in an envelope and not a box. Please fix this, so I can give you 5 stars. (Also, seems a bit pricey-but I can overlook that if you’d just box it.)

Fresh! Crisp! Tasty! We're hooked!

Performs well as a salt free option to soda crackers. They taste a bit richer than other matzos I have had. Our Protestant church used matzos for Sunday communion seventy odd years ago and my Arab and Jewish friends at Couch Hall Cafeteria at OU were always bringing their favorite flat breads to parties.

When we opened up the box and unwrapped the matza is smelled stale. And it tasted the same. I'm sure if this product was purchased when fresh -it would be very good. We won't be buying again.
