My husband got a vasectomy for me, and that's awesome. But his pH is more than double what mine should be. A must for anyone that has difficulty maintaining a healthy pH or for situational needs. Sometimes my diet is awful and probiotics need some extra help. Sometimes activities can throw things out of whack. This keeps me or gets me back on track. It's a must keep in stock in my house.

Easy to use. Some irritation from the product kind of makes it difficult to tell if it's working... but whenever I follow the usual protocol, it has been effective.

This has been a huge life changer. My body is very sensitive, especially my lady parts, if you know, you know. I will highly recommend to use some lubricant or a cream that wouldn’t be too harsh while you insert the capsule because if he entered the capsule dry, it does hurt a little bit. I also recommend doing this in the evening and wear a panty liner or one of those diapers. This product has saved me from going to a lot of urgent care trips.
