Are these plug and play or do they cause hyper blinking and need resistors?

Maybe some old model motorcycle will need resistors fix the hyper blinking.If your motorcycle bike original lamps is LEDS,it should not need resistors,If not will need resistor.

It is universal to motorcycle bike.

How long are the connector wires?

Hello Sir,It is about 6 Inch Totally,you can check picture 5 for size.

Description says black wire is positive, red wire is negative. Is that accurate? Usually red is positive and black is negative.

I didn't even read the instructions hahaha, I prepared them for connection, tested them before installation, and after verifying they were all good I installed them and closed her up. My bikes wires were strange colors so I just had to test the red and black wires on the blinkers against my bikes wiring to check function.
