Well so far, so good
We purchased this label printer a few months ago and have printed about 1000 labels from different small runs. Circles and rectangles of different sizes. We had two labels which didn't feed correctly and jammed, but those were easily removed and the rest of the print went through just fine. It did take us about 2 hours to get it installed initially which involved tech support using Team Viewer to remote into our machine to fix it. I'm a little concerned about the 1 star reviews as those sound like nightmares. Realy glad I haven't experienced anything like that! The other thing I'm not really liking about the printer is that it will sometimes feed 1 or 2 labels before starting a print job while other times it will start printing without wasting any labels. No rhyme or reason why this is happening, but tech support says it has to do with the printer 'auto aligning'. meh, only hurts when we're using holographic label stock or other more expensive stuff. The software that comes with the printer is very easy to use, although it's not great. For example it can't deal with designs that have drop shadows, at least in my experience. Anytime we try to use a drop shadow it looks terrible in print. All in all, I'd recommend this printer over sending your designs to a larger print house if you're doing less than 2500 labels per run. Anything over that and you're probably better off using a 3rd party unless turnaround time is a big factor. I mean you just can't beat going from the artboard to printed label in no time flat. I left off 1 star for the software limitations and other minor nuisances mentioned.
