I work at an elementary school and take this every day. I can also use my HSA card to buy it. I've not been sick for a year and I think this is part of the reason. Just be careful because vitamin c can interfere with some medications such as those prescribed for ADHD.

Absolutely works! I have been taking Emergen-C daily for almost two years now, every morning with a glass of orange juice.
