So far, great.
I love these gloves. I'm a diabetic and my hands get really cold easily - - even in the house! These have made my life so much easier. The only complaint I have is that the charge doesn't last a long time (I run them on the lowest setting, too). I suggest that you have the charger somewhere easilty available, and as soon as you come indoors, start charging.. (You don't need to take the batteries out to plug them in - - like I did the first time. LOL). The one nice think is that the heat goes into the fingers, not always so in other brands. I wish they heated the inside AND outside of the fingers, but they only heat one side (outside) of the fingers.

UPDATED -- Beautifully designed and manufactured, work well under moderate conditions, but not AT ALL in extreme cold
UPDATE January 13, 2018:The seller, Veranda Outdoors, has given extraordinary support throughout the return process. I cannot praise them highly enough. They even refunded the cost of return shipping, which their return policy doesn't obligate them to do.These products would be great under ANY conditions except extreme cold (I'd guess 15°F or lower, although I haven't determined the exact threshold), and the vendor support is the best I've encountered yet in Amazon Marketplace.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I bought both the Mount Tec heated gloves and the Mount Tec heated mittens, and I had exactly the same experience with them both, so I'm leaving the same review for both products.I hate not giving them a glowing review, because they're extremely well-made, very comfortable, and would work surprisingly well under moderate conditions, like driving a car. But I need something to keep my fingers and thumbs from getting so cold they hurt while clearing snow from my driveway. It's been snowing and right around 0°F with -20°F or lower wind-chill for a few days, so I had a chance to test them almost immediately, the mittens on Friday and the gloves on Saturday. They both failed. The gloves (which were a snug fit because they didn't have Extra Large) felt especially good when I first put them on, because every finger, including the thumb, was shrouded in soft, toasty heat all the way to the tip, which felt WONDERFUL! I was sure they were going to be my snow-blowing lifesavers, but within 5 minutes in the cold wind I couldn't detect any heat AT ALL even though it was on the highest setting. My fingers were so cold and painful that I had to abandon my snowblower and run inside for unheated mittens plus chemical hand-warming pads (HotHands, etc, which I'm also trying for the first time), which worked great. The Mount Tec mittens also felt great and were well-heated (including the thumbs) while I was indoors, but they couldn't deal with extreme cold any better than the gloves did.I wish I could say I love these beautifully designed and manufactured Mount Tec products, but they just can't deal with the extreme conditions I need help with, so I returned them.

Long run time, average heat, unusually warm palm
The Mount Tec would be great if they shifted the heat from the palm to the fingertips. The palm gets unusually warm, while my fingertips are still cold. It has good insulation and an incredible 4-hour run time on full. It puts out 4W - they should have given up one of those hours and increased the power by 30%.Another "feature": it turns the heat down to medium after 5 minutes. I never run gloves at anything lower than full, so for me this feature is just an annoyance. Also, this glove has the longest run time of any glove out there - so what's with turning down the heat to save power? So, for people whose fingers don't get cold and need maximum run time, this may be a good choice. Otherwise, check out the excellent Savior Heated Glove (not to be confused with the Savior liner, which is terrible). Or consider a heated liner (like the VentureHeat Liner), which will get much warmer when worn under a well-insulated glove or mit.

These gloves barely get warm at all, they are good gloves other then their main feature not working.
Even on the highest setting, these gloves get lukewarm at best, a $1 pack of hand warmers gets about 10x as hot. I was very disappointed. Two stars instead of one only because the gloves are pretty well made as gloves minus the fact they don't work. At first I thought if I left them on for awhile they would warm up more, but no they did not. I fully charged the batteries before use. Even inside you can hardly tell a difference when they are on, let alone outside in the cold. Tested in about 45 or 50 degree weather outside, and inside at 65 degrees. I specifically bought the European gloves because I didn't want to get cheap chinese ones that didn't work. Maybe I would of been better off buying Chinese. Maybe the gloves are faulty?

Pair I use for skiing is much better than I had expected
Bought two pair. Had to send one pair back as charger was defective.Pair I use for skiing is much better than I had expected. Low 20’s yesterday and hands warm all day. Good quality and flexible for gripping ski poles. If not for the one pair where charger was defective, would be 5 StarFit slightly larger than expected. I’m usually a medium but preferred fit of the small.

Snow play without pain!
Very comfy inside with soft fur-like lining. Having the heaters makes it possible for me to have fun snowmobiling and kiting. Once I'm warm, I can even take my gloves off to adjust lines or other articles. These are great. The design of the battery placement works really well, too. Highly recommend!!

Works very well
Warms hands nicely, all the way to the finger tips. Don't even have to leave the glove on very long. easy to turn on and off with gloves on. Colored lighting for different heat temperatures. Many of my friends are getting this glove.
