Great Strength Without Thermal Expansion
This rope is perfect when you need strength without worrying about thermal expansion or contraction. Maintains its strength and length regardless of the temperature it is being exposed to.

Versatile and good quality
Great for anchor building, 3rd hand prussic, gear loops, tag line, etc.

Flexible
I use it as friction hitch cord for arborist work. Reliable grab and smooth release functionality on 9mm rope. Would be good for anything where you need a super thin cord to tie knots with.Note: if you want an anchor cord I would recommend sterling power cord as it’s even thinner than this and much stronger.

good cord -- 100% nylon
Interesting that no where in the description or on Sterling's website does it say what the cord is made from. The packaging it came in stated nylon core and nylon sheath.

Great accessory cord!
Soft, bendable, reliable. Way better than the Sterling FLEX 8 mm cord which, by the way, is NOT flexible/soft--it's like foil.
