how do you get this YOYO to come from its sleeping position? we cant figure it out from the instuctions

There is a trick you need to learn called the ‘bind’ to pull back up a unresponsive yo-yo. Type it in on YouTube and you should find plenty of instructional videos

How do you make the yo-yo unresponsive I followed all the directions and it’s still not working help????
