Travels well, tastes great, a small amount is all that’s needed.
I love how this tastes, it sweetens and doesn’t leave an aftertaste. It’s very convenient to take with me when I travel or go out to eat. It mixes well, no noticeable odor, and hasn’t leaked and I just throw it in my purse. A little goes a long way, so it lasts longer than expected. I definitely recommend this sweetener, and this brand. Great quality.

Organic and Very Sweet
If the label is correct, this is pure, organic stevia, a NATURAL sweetener. Other artificial sweeteners (Spenda, Nutrasweet, etc.) are dangerous because research has shown that our bodies do not digest the ingredients. Stevvia, however, is natural; comes from a plant and thjis project is extract from that plant. It's very sweet and relatively easy to dispense but just from one brief squeeze you get a lot of sweetness ... probably more than you want. I would recommend that this maker change the delivery system into a droplet form to cut down the amount dispensed and make it more controllable. I really have to watch the amount I put in. What''s excellent about this product is there is no aftertaste that I can detect. Unlike stevia-ish products on the market that contain sorbitol or some other sugar alcohol, it tastes better. I carry a little bottle in my purse and keep a bottle on the counter at home. I have eliminated ALL articificial sweeteners from my diet. I'm diabetic so I have to, but even so, it's just a healthier choice.

Good sugar-free sweetener
This stevia works pretty well and is very sweet, so a little goes a long way. I like that it’s sugar-free and easy to add to coffee, tea, or recipes without adding calories. The bottle is small but lasts a decent amount of time because you only need a few drops. I didn’t notice much of an aftertaste, although it can taste a little strong if you use too much. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re trying to cut back on sugar.

The best liquid Stevia.
I put this in my coffee daily. This is the best Unflavored liquid stevia sweetener on the market. It's great to travel with too since the lid snaps on nice and tight.

Not the best product any longer, User Beware.
I am going to share another's review because they say it exactly. I have purchased at least 10 bottles EVERY month for over 7 years. The product itself is great however for the past 7-9 months the container and product is horrible. They once had a tear strip on the container for easy opening, no longer there. Very hard to open especially at my age (66). This causes problems and with the crystallization of the product makes it almost unusable. I shake the dickens out of it each time I use it and it still has these problems and does not come out of the container as it should and isn't the same product it once was. I will no longer recommend it to anyone. Shared review. Beware of this product! It is not the same as it used to be until about September of last year (2025). The product may not be what it pretends to be and should be tested by the FDA. After using this stevia sweetener daily for more than 10 years (I’ve probably purchased around 260 bottles which I verified on my purchase history on Amazon), I’m extremely disappointed to see how much the quality has declined. In just the last three months I’ve gone through about 20 bottles, hoping the issue would be resolved, but it hasn’t. Large crystals are forming inside the bottle after opening, which completely clog the dispenser and prevent the product from coming out at all. Cutting the plastic membrane inside the rim is not a real solution because it causes the liquid to pour out uncontrollably and all the white debris ends up in the beverage. (See images and video) This product used to dispense perfectly and had a clean taste. It used to be a clear liquid. Now it is a milky liquid and the crystallization makes it practically unusable. I emailed the company a week ago with photos and received only an automated response saying they are not replying due to a “high number of inquiries” and suggesting I check their FAQ instead. That kind of response is disappointing, especially from a brand I’ve supported for so many years. Another concern is that the label no longer clearly specifies the exact amounts of the ingredients, and I’m now seeing white sediment forming in the bottle. This never happened with the older versions of the product. The formula and/or manufacturing process clearly seems different from what it used to be. It appears that the fabrication of this product is outsourced in a country that does not feel the need to provide the quality that it had and does not feel accountable. Overall, this used to be an excellent product, but the recent totally unacceptable quality issues and lack of customer support are a serious red flag. Until the company addresses the crystallization problem and clarifies what’s happening with their formula, I can’t recommend it anymore. In fact, I am VERY CONCERNED ABOUT MY HEALTH! This product needs to be analyzed by a specialty lab to verify that it is indeed organic and contains no health hazards. SCARY!

Excellent sweetner, better than any crystals I've tried
The label suggests that the primary sweetening ingredient is "organic alcohol". By the strength of the sweetening and the neutral taste I'm led to believe that the "organic alcohol" is mainly erythritol. Erythritol is commonly refereed to as a "sugar alcohol". Except for its molecular structure that makes it an alcohol (there are thousands of alcohols, hundreds of which are floating around the human body in varying concentrations all the time), it bears little resemblance to ethanol (the alcohol in booze). It is pretty much non toxic, and doesn't get you intoxicated at any dose. I see some reviewers here are aghast that there is "alcohol" in this sweetener, and some pregnant women fear that using it might present something akin to Fetal Alcohol Syndrome for their their fetus. Nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, recent examination of the effects of erythritol suggests that it may, in fact, be beneficial, especially for people cutting back on sugar such as in the case of diabetes. All of the "sugar alcohols" have been shown to produce some abdominal "bloating-like" symptoms in sensitive people, but erythritol is much less implicated than other sugar alcohols like sorbitol (the sweetener in most sugar-free gum). Most people are not gastric sensitive to erythritol. Unless you are a fruit fly (apparently fruit flies are affected by erythritol to the point that some farmers are using it as a non-hazardous pesticide), erythritol presents no danger to you. So, I wouldn't be concerned that the main ingredient in this sweetener is a "sugar alcohol" (organic or otherwise). As for the taste, when I use it in moderation (15 drops to about 6oz plain yogurt), I can't detect the off-taste that stevia often adds. In fact, the sweetening sensation is more akin to sucralose (Splenda) than any other sweetener except sugar. Trulia, for example, doesn't dissolve easily in a viscous liquid (like yogurt unless you whip the hell out of it), and since Pyure doesn't need to dissolve it doesn't a "crunch" when ingested. Of all of the non-synthetic sweeteners I've tried, this Pyure sweetener comes closes to real sugar. One tip, though. The squeeze bottle the Pyure comes packaged in makes it hard to control the amount you are using. I recommend picking up a small (2oz) bottle with an eyedropper lid so you can accurately count the number of drops you need for any application. That will make it easier to replicate the amount you added when it comes time to do it again.

Quantité de liquide difficile à contrôler
Le jet est trop puissant. Il est très difficile de contrôler la quantité. Tout est toujours trop sucré.
