I am putting in new flooring so everything has to have pads as to not scratch the new floors. I am going from carpet to premium vinyl. I put these on my first shelf and tried to pull it off and it was a not go. I mean I could have pulled it off but it would have taken some time as they do stick on contact, please note that, make sure you have it where you want it. I even dragged the shelf across the carpet to see what would happen and the pads stayed. I didn't want to push my luck so I only dragged it a small amount. But nothing moved on the pad so I am sure these will work great. The pads are really nice and thick, they seem really durable as they are not soft and mushy but stay their shape. These were so easy to use, but like I mentioned, make sure you chose the spot first. The best part is, even though where I placed them did not have a solid bottom, example, you want a larger pad circle but the spot is half the size of the circle, don't worry, mostly everywhere I put mine was like this and they are staying on nice and strong. I bought 2 sets so that I can add them to everything in the house that hits the floor, these were the best value as they work as it states they do. I will update when I get my floors in as for the floor protection it has, but I am sure they will be fine as they are nice and stiff feeling so they should work great.

This is one of those products that makes a subtle but significant difference in your home. I use smaller ones on canisters, vases, and trays with rough bottoms to protect counters and tabletops. Larger pads attach easily to the “feet” of your chairs and tables and accomplish two things: they protect hardwood floors from scratches and they make it much easier to move heavy items across such floors. This particular set comes with a great selection of most commonly used sizes. Clean the area you’re attaching the pad to with rubbing alcohol, and the pad will attach easily and stick so securely that you’ll have a hard time removing it if you need to reposition it. I bought the dark brown pads and they are completely unnoticeable on my furniture. There are so many pads in this set that I won’t need more for quite a while, but I will definitely buy again when needed.

The felt circles are a little thicker than what I would like. But it does what it needs to do. Sticks on really well and you can choose the size circle you require for your furniture legs. We also used it for the kids wooden stools and table. Works pretty well. I don't know how it would be when I take it off if the glue sticks or not. But for now it's sturdy and amazing.

I attach these to the underside of everything that sits on my wood furniture. Makes sure nothing scratches the wood and it doesn't change the look of anything. Use them under my bar stools too so they slide easy on the wood floors. Great house-helper.
