Autel TPMS Sensors, MX-Sensor 315+433MHz, Universal Tire Pressure Sensor

This is my 2nd set of Autel MX-Sensors. My first set is on my 2016 Toyota 4Runner, and the second is on my 2015 Sienna. These are way cheaper than the OEM TPMS sensors and work just as well. It's been a little over a year since the 1st set was installed on my 4Runner and no issues at all. They're still reading and working perfectly. I'm expecting the same from this set as well. They were programmed easily using the Autel TS508WF. Each sensor reads pretty accurately with my tire pressure gauge. I'm happy with them and would definitely pick up another set the next time I need to replace my TPMS sensors!

These are fantastic sensors and easy to program. There are a lot of options for how to program them to the vehicle. You can clone them to existing sensors that have failed, create new ID's, relearn, test etc etc. These sensors have been very durable and I have not had one fail prematurely. I work in an automotive shop and have replaced lots of these sensors.

I’m a retired professional mechanic of 30 years, whom still has use of a shop. At my shop we use Autel TPMS sensors purchased through a distributor, 50-100 at a time. Never have I had a problem until now. The first batch (I ordered 4 sensors) went on a car that had 4 new tires installed. It’s an Infiniti QX70, and unless preprogrammed, which these sensors supposedly were, the sensors won’t work without programming them to the proper frequency for the car. That entails using a device that’s several hundred dollars, or paying a mechanic about $30/wheel for him to use his. These did not work without reprogramming, if they were ever programmed in the first place. One of the four lost communication within two days. I read all the sensors, and battery life varied quite a bit. Anywhere from 78%-89%. The one that stopped working all together wouldn’t read at all. So, I opened up the tire again and found that the body of the sensor had come loose from the valve stem. Upon inspection of the broken unit, I found the tiny ball bearings that are supposed to lock the stem in place to the body of the unit weren’t even there! Just the spring was there. So, I got replacements at no charge from Autel. Next batch, same thing: issues. Battery life between 90-94%. All needed programming. (Remember, these are sold as pre programmed for 315mhz, which is what Infiniti uses). One worked intermittently for 5 days, then quit. I’ve yet to try to reprogram it, as I’m simply aggravated with it at this point. I really expect more from such a huge company that’s used by mechanics worldwide. These aren’t resold by a wholesaler on Amazon or anything like that, they’re from the official Amazon Autel store. For all the time I lost dismounting and remounting tires, and the aggravation due to their product, I feel I should have gotten reimbursed somehow, if not fully. I’m really disappointed, because I count on my tools and parts to earn a living. Because of this product, I had to Mount tires twice, for free.

Autel offers a great set of universal TPMS sensors. I needed a full 4-pack, and these Autel MX Sensors made the job much easier (plus shipping was quick)! The 315MHz and 433MHz compatibility is a big plus, especially if you work on different vehicles or want to avoid ordering the wrong sensors. It was a clean install, setup without any issues (using a compatible TPMS tool), and started reading properly right away. Everything feels solid and well made, and the press-in fit is secure. Overall, this is a dependable kit at a good value, and I would highly recommend!

Shipped out fast! Used these to replace the sensors on my 2013 NV200 after the original ones started to fail. They came with easy instructions. Had no trouble programming them.

These sensors are pricey, but they work well and are backed by manufactuer.

My local garage wanted me to buy TPMS sensors from a dealer for them to install with my new tires. Instead I bought four Autel TPMS sensors and an Autel TS501 programming tool. I used the TS501 to scan two of the existing sensors and get their IDs. The two remaining sensors were defunct so I used the TS501 to obtain their IDs from the car's computer using the TS501's OBDII cable. I then programmed the four new Autel TPMS sensors for the make/model/year of my car, and with the IDs of the four original sensors, all surprisingly easy. I then had the garage install the newly programmed Autel TPMS sensors in the correct wheels. The car did not think anything had changed so no ID relearn was necessary. I saved money overall and now have the Autel TS501 tool for future installations and have learned all about TPMS. Great sensors and a great tool.
