Delicious just like we had in Austria

Simply the best. Period.
These were my favorite chocolates when I was an exchange student in Austria in 1969-70. If memory serves, they might not be quite as creamy as they were then, but I can't be sure, and they are still by far the best chocolates from anywhere. Mirabell is also the best brand.

Great product I’m sure, just my mistake.
Everything the shipper claimed was correct. It just wasn’t the chocolate I was expecting. I was looking for a different product/brand. The only flavor I can taste is hazelnut and chocolate. I was looking for marzipan layered with other flavors. It DID take exactly a month to receive (as promised). These were not melted or out of date (as other reviews pointed out). I bought these in October. I wouldn’t have choc delivered in the Summer.

Mozart Balls -- nothing like them!
The chocolates are delicious but very pricey, and shipping time was slow. But when you're not commuting to Vienna, it's the only way to go!

Late Late Late
I cannot rate the quality of these expensive Mozartkugln because they *still haven't arrived after a whole month. The expected delivery date keeps getting pushed back. Now there is no date for delivery, just 'running late.' I would say customer service/delivery is poor.

Yucky Mozart Kugeln!
This product was a great disappointment. The Mozart Ku Mozart Balls Chocolate, 23 Pieces With Total 393 Grams, Mirabell Salzburg geln we received after waiting more than a month were nothing like I have enjoyed in the past. They were old and stale. The interiors were hard and crumbly when we bit into them, dry and tasteless. The foil wrappers were extremely thin & fragile, stuck to the candy. We had to peel them off in bits and pieces. It was easy to miss a bit and end up with it in your mouth. Mirabell is a well-known and trusted brand, and our order was filled by direct shipment from Germany. However, this candy should be in a museum, not on our pantry shelf. I was embarrassed when I served one bag at a party. I don't know what to do with the other. Stay away from this merchant.
