I am very very picky about my coffee. I focus on flavor and the health benefits. This coffee is by far the best I have ever had in my life! I am 54 years old and been drinking coffee since I was 16 and have tried ALL kinds of coffee. This coffee is not bitter but I truly believe it depends on how you brew it and the water you use. I use an old restaurant coffee machine that has the water heated at all time and i use filtered reverse osmosis water machine. My boys use a pour over method and it really brings out the flavor more than my method. The other big selling point for me is the the fact that Kion Coffee was found to be 58% higher in antioxidants than all of the other organic coffee brands. Kion has the absolute highest in antioxidant levels out of all the coffees tested, and super important is free of mold and mycotoxins. when drinking other coffee sometimes i do not feel well afterwards and I am convinced that Kion is healthy for me. I take a pot of coffee to work with me every day!! This is the one and only coffee to drink!!!!

This coffee is extremely delicious. A high quality product. I'm hooked on it.

Assuming that everything they say about this coffee is true, no pesticides, no mold etc is why I purchased. I will say I am disappointed with the flavor, I was expecting a big WoW but that is not the case, it’s taste is good but not worth the money flavor wise. I have continued my subscription based on the health claims.

This coffee has a very light taste. This is coming from someone who is not completely obsessed with coffee. If you are, you'll probably be more disappointed than I am. I use as many grounds as I would for various other organic coffees I've gotten...but this tastes like coffee water. Creamer and water - yum yum! Disappointing for the expensive price. I'll use up the pack because it's supposed to be mycotoxin free, but I won't be buying again. For mold free coffee there are others that actually taste like coffee lol.

Name and testing live up to expectation. F you’re not aware it’s purported as the cleanest coffee yet even more so than bulletproof. There’s testing over at Purity Coffee who supplies Kion and bulletproof was amongst the brands tested against. My guess is bulletproof came in number 2 on most of the tests. Bulletproof was giving me issues with my stomach, moved over to Kion/Purity and felt much better. I’m not going to brow beat over the lack of roasts - coffee is important for longevity and day to day health. Nuh said - so I drink the heck out of it. 6 bags a month. I did get a subscription which is way more reasonably priced.

I really liked this coffee. I bought it after seeing a video of a holistic influencer making her morning coffee and wanted to give it a try. I didn’t notice a difference in my jitters but the taste was pretty good. I Moved mine from the bag to a jar so it stayed pretty fresh. I also used the coffee grinds as a scrub when I showered. Definitely will purchase again

I should disclaim that I have a severe mold allergy issue. After inadvertently living in a house with mold, I have developed a variety of related health issues, including MCAS, mold allergies, and a long list of ailments that I'm slowly recovering from. Long story short, I bought this for my husband (whose mold issues are not as severe as mine and therefore he can still drink coffee). I selected this specific coffee though because it is supposed to be mold-tested so I thought I wouldn't react to it. As we were in the kitchen he opened the bag and I started reacting to it immediately (skin prickling and symptoms that mold people would understand). We put it outside and ran our IQAir Healthpro air purifier for several hours. I'm sure the taste is wonderful but mold safety was the reason I bought and it did not meet expectations.
