Is the tray 100% wood/bamboo, inlcuding the flat, bottom surface?

NOPE! i just got on here to write a review that the WHOLE tray is NOT made of bamboo, just the frame and the legs. completely misleading product

Does the 19.5" include the width of the legs when open?

with the legs open, the width is 22 inches

Are these trays stackable when the legs are folded in?

Yes u can stack the trays n store them in tight space.The legs fold in.

How deep is the lip around the edge? Working on a project and a measurement would be helpful! Thanks
