Is this instead of tap safe

You still have to use tap water safe as this product takes the chlorine out ov the water so that its safe for the fish and weekly cleaner just keeps your water refreshed for the fish,it's like having a shower for the fish weekly cleaner lol,so you do need to ues both if possible,tap water safe use on every time you put clean water in your fish tank,never empty all the water out,if you do that them keep obout a third ov your old water to put back into your tank as all the bacteria that's good for the fish is in the old water,when you do a full tank clean there is no bacteria in the clean water that you put into your fish tank so always keep a third to put back into your clean tank😃👍

can you use cleaner with fish in tank

Yes, I do every week and my fish are not adversely affected by it. You can’t even overdose them if you accidentally pour too much in.

Would you use this along side tap safe?

Yes. But i just bought tap safe and used that on its own rather than loads of solutions and works just as good :)

When it says cap full does it just mean the lids on top of the bottle?

Yes just the lid but i used this and 6 of my fish died .
