Hi! I have from the Midwest and have been living in a hot dry climate for 8 years now, I have gone through menopause and started taking the collagen supplement about 7 weeks ago, my skin has improved significantly it is no longer flaky and dry, I have been working out for about the same time and my recovery time is fast, no more days of pain on my joints and muscles. I usually put in in a blueberry smoothie, and it doesn’t change the taste of my smoothie, it doesn’t clump like other brands I’ve tried, it mixes well with other beverages too. My boyfriend said he had noticed the difference and feels proud that I hardly have wrinkles at my age, and that I’m working out to improve my body from the inside out. I live this product. I will continue to buy it because it doesn’t cost a lot like the expensive liquid collagen out there does and it goes well with my smoothies and makes me look and feel good.

This product actually tastes pretty decent in my opinion (the vanilla flavor). It’s almost frothy when completely mixed in with hot liquid; I’m going to try it in cold almond milk at some point, but haven’t yet. I think it would be great in smoothies too. Sometimes you have to squish the mixture against the side of your cup to help it dissolve at first. I get loose leaf tea so I steep that and then mix it in. I like it best with a chai (Mad Hatter Chai is my fave) or this tea that I have with coffee beans and caramel bits in it (called Rise and Shine). I don’t drink coffee, but if you do, just use this instead of cream and sugar. I took it two days the first and second week and then almost every day for about a week and a half. My hair literally seemed to want to jump out of my head before I started taking this and now it doesn’t feel like it’s trying to escape my scalp as much anymore lol I’m definitely still seeing some loss, but there are marked signs of improvement. I am mostly vegetarian so I believe that is the cause of my hair loss as I’ve head hormones and everything else checked and have been on meds for hormone issues for a long time with no hair loss improvement. My hair loss started a month after I stopped taking birth control for about 20 years so my initial suspicion was hormones, but I think this really helps depending on the cause of your issues. **UPDATE Jan 2024 (after about 4 months of use)** This product has completely changed my hair and its texture (for the better). Very very pleased! I take 1 scoop about 4x per week with my steeped loose leaf tea and it makes all the difference in my hair texture and hair loss. I no longer dread showers and the amount of hair I pull off my head and back. My scalp used to hurt in the areas where my hair loss was worse and it doesn’t anymore. The pics where my hair looks softer are the after photos and I will say I have about 4-5 inches off the length compared to the original pics so ignore the fact that my bun seems smaller in the back on the after pics due to that. While I am taking the powder for hair loss, taking it also has improved my loss of appetite. **UPDATE Apr 2025 (after about 1.5 years of use)** I still use this (1 scoop 4-6 days per week) and my hair is still growing great! It's thick and voluminous, I almost never lose any hair in the shower and even the hair my brush gets left with is minimal. I highly recommend this! ***UPDATE April 2026*** Still using this and still noticing the difference in my hair! I probably drink a scoop in my tea 3-4 days per week, on average, now. Sometimes I swap out this for a Koia protein shake and even though that has more protein than a scoop, I start to notice more hair loss again when I’m not drinking this as often. For me, I think the collagen is as, if not more important, than just protein. I’m mostly vegetarian and don’t eat a lot of fish so this is a fantastic dietary supplement for me.

This is really tasty. I just use it with oat milk. Stir It up. Dissolves easily. No odor. It's really easy to take. Now. I was reading that you have to wait at least 4 weeks to see any improvement so I can come back and say yay or nay on that. The texture of the drink I can say is fine. I would recommend this product. Scientifically you cannot tell any difference on a product like this until at least 4 weeks. So I can't speak on its effectiveness yet. I will keep it up. It's a real easy peasy thing to do. And it couldn't hurt. That's the way I look at it. It couldn't hurt at all. I might try to get a vegan the one yet....... I don't know how effective they are

Item itself is great, but the container is only half full. Pay attention to volume. Otherwise, it tastes okay, blended well, and didn’t have an odor. I mix mine like a fruit shake with fresh fruit and milk. Adds a little sweetness but otherwise I can’t tell I’ve added it. It didn’t clump or have a bad texture.

It is easy but hard to dissolve in cold liquid but good in hot. Clumpy in cold. I don't use as much in my coffee as they call for, only one scoop, but it does stir in very well.

This drink tastes good. I purchase the vanilla. I put in my coffee and it dissolves with a couple stirs. Great way to get More protein in my dirt. I also bought it for daughter. I highly recommend it.

Love this stuff. Helps with joints and skin and it has zero carbs! Good way to add 20g of protein to an existing shake. Plus the vanilla flavor is very tasty.

I’ve been using this brand for a while now. There was a lapse in my order I just received and my previous order, so I’m unsure if there’s been a change in the ingredients or if I’m just no longer accustomed to the taste but something tastes off. I may need to look into another collagen supplement because the taste is no longer bearable, and it’s unfortunate because it’s not cheap.
