Great DEET-free product that works
There are people who are super-attractors to biting insects for whom this may not be 100% effective. But for me it was excellent. In a place thick with mosquitoes horseflies and ticks it kept me clear of bites. Goes on easily, smells way better than deet. Keep away from your eyes though.

Hit and Miss
It's ok, but I doubt I will purchase it again. First of all the consistency of the cream is poor, it is hard to apply and fully rub into your skin. In terms of insect bite protection, it seemed to be hit and miss. It fully worked on protecting my girlfriend and our oldest child. However, on me I was still finding that occasionally I was getting bitten, despite having plenty of cream applied.

This cream is the only thing from all things I ever tried and actually is working. Not even the plugs in do the job so well. No mosquito bites on me with this one.

Apply liberally to the smallest member of the troop
The Scout's joke about mosquito repellent is that it is best used by applying to the smallest member of the troop. Far from repelling mosquitoes, it attracts them. This might have kept mosquitoes away, but midges, flies, ants, wasps... they all had a nibble.

This is the first mosquito repellent in my experience that repels mosquitos rather than your friends. Had a cloud of mosquitos none landing on my bare arms and legs. Works very well
