Gold Bond Softening Foot Cream, 4 Oz., Foot Lotion for Dry Feet | Foot lotion for dry cracked feet with shea butter and jojoba to soften rough & dry feet

I have tried several lotions, gels, masks. My feet since perimenopause have been dry, and cracked. My socks would catch, even with other products. I would love to have the time to soak my feet several times a week. I don’t have that time, and several lotions suggest slathering their products on after such pampering. I shower at night. I don’t want socks on while I sleep, and I don’t want lotion on my sheets. Some products have stained my sheets. My feet were never soft, and some products were greasy. I decided to try Gold Bond. I apply the lotion in the morning on hours dry feet. It takes only a minute for the lotion to absorb. I put on my socks. I don’t feel like there is grease between my toes, or like my feet will slip out of my socks. The lotion smell dissipates. No funky smells filtering up from my feet later. My feet don’t stink at the end of the day, even if they sweat. I’ve only been using this for two weeks, but my feet are much improved! I use a pumice stone once a week, which actually seems to be making some progress now. After a couple of years with nothing working, my feet may actually be soft enough to wear sandals in another couple of weeks. I have not tried applying the lotion after my shower. I believe that will work well, and I don’t think it will stain my sheets. (No grease stains either!) I am happy with this product! It also worked great on my rough elbows. It has certainly softened my feet. My feet aren’t perfect yet, but maybe they won’t be with everything going on right now. This lotion certainly works better than the dozen or so others I have tried.

Usually I am not a user of foot creams because none of them seem to really provide long lasting results to my skin. I have a terminal problem with my skin and the suggestion that my dermatologist recommended to me was to apply crème based lotions several times a day, but who has time to be slathering stuff on my skin all day long. Living in the windy city of Chicago with brutal wind and long drawn out winters, moisture is something that I absolutely need on my skin, so that it does not feel overly tight and scaly with calluses on the pressure points of my feet. The smell of this lotion is something that is amazing, because this is the first factor of consideration with choosing and buying products. Surprisingly this lotion has a pleasant smell and I love that because often times some foot creams have that overly medicinal smell that sometimes take away from the intended use of the product. The consistency of this lotion is easy to use and not very goopy or thick which is very mindful for when you want to apply to the skin after getting out of the shower or wanting something that will easily glide on the skin without that heavy greasy feeling. The true test of this product is how well this product is absorbed in the skin and whether it will easily be absorbed in the skin, or will it be absorbed by my favorite pair of cotton socks, and surprisingly after I tested this product 4 hours later my skin still was moisturized and not very dry like they usually are. Other factoring of picking out foot creams that I also consider is the packaging and how easy it is to dispense the product in my hand right out of the shower or on the go, and for a 4oz tube, it’s generally about the right size that would fits most people hands. And most importantly I take that into consideration because if both of my hands have a bit of lotion that I did not apply to my skin I don’t want to have to worry about the tube slipping out of my hands, and me needing to worry about that but unfortunately that does not seem to be much of a problem with the material that it was packed in. Now the con for this product would be the size of the tube, I want more or larger size options for the winter season that’s upcoming. Although this product does say it would last for 24 hours, I do believe that after taking a long steamy shower or bath I will be right back to the drawing board with dry skin and I need more lotion to make things back moisturized and hydrated. So a bigger tube for the upcoming winter would be great for people who live in the Midwest area, so that we don’t have to scour the shelves trying to get this product if they can’t wait for amazon to deliver it. Although this product is intended to be used on my feet, I also am going to use this as my regular hand lotion, which is in desperate need of moisture ALL THE TIME, I can easily whip out the tube quickly rub it in my skin while waiting at the light and keep on trucking down the road. After doing bathroom breaks with the cheap hand soaps that businesses provide to the public my hands are zapped of any remote signs of moisture and this product would double as my foot and hand cream only because of the size of this tube that I can easily put in my pocket or car. Great product just make it in a bigger tube!

This is hands on the best foot lotion I’ve ever tried. Purchased for years! Smells amazing and works for exfoliating and moisturizing. Please do NOT discontinue this product! If anything make a bigger bottle option! I use it on my body too when feeling extra dry, there’s nothing like it out there! I’ve purchased it for other people too. They love it for their bumpy arms and hands too. It’s a product we use daily! I went to order more but see the price has gone up significantly and it seems nearly impossible to find this in stores anymore too. Why?! I’m concerned it’s being discontinued. That’s a shame, I don’t want to have to try another brand but seems I might have to. Please continue to make this product exactly as it is. I’m begging you. Took me years to find this product and I do not like your other foot product smells, just this one.

It’s honestly exhausting what a wide range of products are offered now that there is specific lotion I have to buy for my feet. I have other gold bond lotions and probably could’ve used those, but this product was recommended to me, so I decided to try it. Overall, it’s pretty good, my feet felt hydrated after using it for a few consecutive days in a row, but I honestly kind of regret not just using different lotion that I already had and not just buying this specific lotion for my feet. Overall, it works, I just wonder if it’s truly necessary… :) Would overall recommend if you want a specific foot lotion that’s hydrating, though.

Works so well. Softens the skin and has a cooling sensation. Thick and really moisturizes soles of the feet. Used it for about a week and my feet feel amazing

I have spent years looking for relief for my dry skin on my legs and on my feet. In particular, my feet were driving me crazy. I saw this item and thought I would give it a try. This works. It takes one or two applications, usually two. That will typically give me a week or more of relief. I can sleep at night. Highly recommended.

This might be my favorite foot cream! I like how fast it absorbs, and leaves feet smooth and not greasy at all. The price is fair as well.
