Will these stay on my feet while I'm barefoot?

I stick them to my shoes not my feet so I don't know if they will stay on bare feet. They are very sticky though so they may.

How well do they hold up to moisture? can get sweaty.

They do not stick to insole well at all. I had to tape then down. The product itself will hold up well. After trial and error, I finally taped them to the bottom of my insoles and that works well. Your foot will not rub the tape and move it and it still applies the pressure where you need it. Works well.

How would you reapply adhesive after washing? Surely adhesive would be gone?

There's no adhesive LOL it's the type of material that is tacky when clean, so when it's no longer tacky - wash it and air dry it!
