The Plant Based Egg (Vegan Egg Replacement - 3 Pack)

OK so after a few months of playing with the product in different Gluten Free and Grain Free flour mixes just for the fun of it I finally made Vegan Kitchen Magick's Banana Bread and actually followed directions, er, mostly.I've been Gluten Free now for 12 years, and an avid baker my whole life, lived in Europe and have had the most wondrous fresh pastries so my expectations have been high to say the least. Nothing I have tried has come any closer than passable and I'd basically have to be starving to make it or eat it, until now, today, with this Banana Bread using The Plant Based Egg.Use it according to the detailed instructions and don't play fast and loose with it as you would other egg replacers would be my only caution.As for me, I'm thinking actual tasty lemon curd, Danish pastries, flaky croissants, who knows, the sky's the limit.

Agar, included in this egg substitute’s ingredients, is toxic. If you doubt this, look online. Nobody should ingest this product!!!

I absolutely love this product! I live a plant based lifestyle and just love it. You can use it for everything that you make that requires an egg. Baking is the ideal without feeling like you are cheating. I highly recommend this product if you are vegan. Enjoy!

I have tried many ways to replace an egg in baking. I found this one and it works really well!! I would recommend this and a must try and see for yourself.
