BEST BEST BEST prenatal and postnatal vitamins on the market. Without a doubt they are very high quality and have helped me stay healthy during all pregnancies and postpartum periods in my life. They positively affect my mental health, they keep my hair thick and strong. My babies have all come out healthy. The folate is not sourced from folic acid which is crucial to have for those who cannot process folic acid. 10/10 recommended! Yes they taste and smell earthy, no I don’t care. I want a healthy vitamin, period.

Excellent quality and exactly what I was looking for. I researched postnatal vitamins, and this one stood out for its ingredients and plant-based formula. It doesn’t make me feel yucky, and I don’t mind the cardboard-like taste. The price is good for the quality, and I feel confident taking it while breastfeeding. Overall, a solid, reliable, and gentle supplement. They are a little weird to swallow becaus etehy are little big. Energy don't see a difference which im not mad at.

[EDIT] After getting a defective product the first time I ordered these postnatal vitamins, Amazon sent me a replacement right away which I really appreciated! I’ve been taking these vitamins for about 2 months now: I’m pumping milk every day for my 5-month old, while working. I think these vitamins are quite effective because I’ve always gotten more breast milk than my baby needs (and he drinks more than the average baby), and usually milk production tends to decrease when pumping every day and working. They have more calcium and less iron than other vitamins which is why I chose them to maintain my milk supply. Full disclosure though, I’m also taking some fenugreek every day, but still, I still these vitamins are doing a great job and I would recommend them for breastfeeding. [ORIGINAL REVIEW] This review is not about the product itself: indeed I didn’t get a chance to try it because the container was not sealed when it arrived. I mean the cap itself was wrapped in plastic as it should, but the protection that’s supposed to hermetically seal the container had come off (see pictures). It’s like the bottle was stored in a very hot place for a long time which caused the protection to unglue. I wish I could return it but I can’t since I had to remove the plastic wrapper to find out the product was not consumable. What a waste...

I found Naturelo when I was searching for post-natal vitamins after the birth of my son. Now, as we are preparing to try for baby #2, I decided to try Naturelo's pre-natal vitamins also. I ordered directly off of their website and received three bottles in the mail within a week. I was disappointed with the fishy smell and taste which made the pills very hard to take, but I tried, knowing that the ingredients were very high quality and it was worth it. About a week into taking them, I couldn't stand it anymore. I contacted Naturelo and requested a return. Their customer service team reached out to me, informed me that they have changed the formula to get rid of the fishy smell and sent me replacement bottles. I was so impressed with the quality customer service and that they took action to better their product based off of customer feedback. If you order directly from Naturelo, you should get the new formula which is NOT FISHY in the slightest. Thank you, Naturelo!! I'm a customer for life.

Pros and cons. 3 rating as a compromise. I save my 5 star for excellent impressive stuff. Pros this would be a solid 4: 60 day supply for this price is one of the better in the market. Contents are also generally similar to competitors who charge much more, though with variations on % daily value so look closely if you need a specific dosage. Cons alone would be a solid 2. Cons: 3 pills per daily serving. I thought I was getting 180 day supply but somehow missed that in their page. it’s 60, with 3 pills. Instructions encourage taking with food and water. Definitely do not miss this part because trying to take these without one of the two is awful. Definitely liquids and some thing with flavored to wash this down. I drink it with my coffee if I’m not eating right then though I try to have it with a meal, also because it’s easier to digest in general of vitamins when you have food in your stomach. The taste of these is not great, and the texture of the pill outside is maybe more typical pill, sticks in your throat and it is not pleasant if trying to take without gulping a liquid with it. I recommend, and they do suggest, that you can open the vitamin and pour into/onto things to drink/ eat it like protein powder. I do that sometimes and it’s a better experience, though like protein powder depending on the food, it may add a bit of a chalky or residue mouthfeel. I have limited dexterity and recently got acrylics so to take a pill apart takes some time for me which I don’t always have. Product idea: If they had a powder version straight up I might consider it.

Work great, gives a good boost to breast milk production. I am very happy with the product. I had difficult pregnancy and most of the time I was loosing weight or gaining nothing for months so I was on prescription vitamins but after the birth my doctor did not recommend anything for me, even though I had c-section. Nevertheless after some research, talking to my OB and the breastfeeding clinic at my hospital they suggested finding post natal vitamins and I am very happy with these once. Have in mind you have to take 3 pills a day and make sure you are home and able to breastfeed every 2-3 hours because milk production is boosted and you can easily get swollen. I also use a pump and I recommend you have one if your baby is sleeping more than 3-4 hours a night. The other good thing I found out in time is that those vitamins do miracles for your hair. I have been using them now for 2 months an have no complaints. Bought a second bottle, very happy with the vitamins. Will switch the rest of my family to the brand. They are a little expensive but definitely worth.

I don’t know if it really works because I still feel a lot of body aches even after taking it for about two months now. I really doubt the efficacy of the products

Used different brands, but this is the best. In short time cant see difference. I dont know how but every bottle does its job. Had for women, pregnant and nursing. Definitely works. Just cant see difference after few days.

Definitely feel an increase in my supply since starting on these capsules. The price dropped after I purchased them at a higher price so wasn't happy about that!
