You will find a Prop 65 warning on most teas, coffees and herbal infusion drinks. It's an example of an unhelpful abundance of caution. Unless you can prove that your product contains less than a certain microscopic amount of some naturally occurring chemicals that may, if taken in massive quantities, cause problems then you have to put a prop 65 warning on the product. I accept some naturally occurring chemicals are dangerous (lead...!; arsenic ... !!), but those found in tea and coffee have not done any measurable damage over the centuries - China and India alone account for ~ 1/3 of the World's population and drink vast quantities of tea. Empirically therefore I'd conclude that you can ignore this as example of Californian overreach.
