Does it come with all 5 on the pictures .seen a review saying only got 3 ?

yes I got all 5 was very quick delivery as well

Are these suitable for children?

I think it’s depends on the age of the children and is mostly your call. I used them and would say they should be okay, but I wouldn’t recommend them using the peeling ones. Purely because if they have any facial hair it won’t be so pleasant for them to remove. All the other ones are great though and I can’t see why children can’t use them if they’re under supervision.
