This product is great! $200 is a really great price for this product, I live in an apartment so 10x10 was the max size that could fit in my yard it fit perfectly, I chose this particular product because the price was surprisingly very cheap for this type of item these usually go for $350-$500 and more and I wanted netting material around my outside furniture as well as blockage from the sun and the material made of steel which is supposed to be very strong and sturdy and can withstand staying up throughout all seasons, my last two canopy’s priced at $100 broke after 1 strong thunder storm so of course I wanted a replacement that was an upgrade from what I had and something that can stay up permanently and that is not very expensive, that being said I’m so glad I found this, it took a week to get to me but it was so worth it! I I’m very very happy with this the price was a steal all the parts were there and nothing came damaged or broken. The parts are lightweight I put it together myself and I’m a woman but I would not recommend that! It takes two people to assemble. I’ve had this up for a month now, it’s held up well so far, my best test for this would be in the winter when it snows and snow piles on top of it and it does not buckle and break under the pressure and weight But I definitely think it will hold up well to a good thunderstorm compared to my last two canopy’s. If you’re in the market for one of these! By this one!

For the price this thing is fantastic!! I gave the picture instructions to my two teenage grandsons and they had no problem. They have put together Legos with only picture instructions. The instructions could have been a little better but when finished they agreed it was not too bad. I sat back with my ice tea and enjoyed. It took about 4 or 5 hours as they took the time to discuss each step to do it right. It has survived two rainstorms so far.

I've only had the gazebo for a few weeks now, but I wanted to share my thoughts on it, as it is. I was surprised at how good the quality is. Granted, many of the pieces do feel a bit light and flimsy (which is why I'll revisit this review in a few months after a good test through multiple weather conditions) but never cheap, per se. In fact, the quality of the mesh screen curtain and main outside curtains surprised me. They seem solid, but, again, let's see how everything looks in a few months under the sun. And it really does look nice when set up. I expected it to be half as impressive as the pics on Amazon make it look, but surprisingly it's very close. Setup was pretty easy, and possible to do it solo; two ppl would have been better and the instructions are a bit wanting (lacking necessary detail on some parts of assembly) but I was able to put it together with almost no frustration and fairly quickly in a few hours. I have some minor gripes: 1) It would have been nice if the mesh and curtains were weighted at the bottom, so they aren't flapping about in the wind. There are ways to remedy this youself, so I can give this issue a pass. 2) Rain does seem to trickle in through a few of the grommets in the canopy panels, so not entirely water proof, but not a deal breaker. You just may need to avoid putting furniture underneath them. 3) Canvas instead of polyester for the curtains and canopy would make me feel a bit more confident in its resiliency (this actually still worries me a bit in the long run). There are some other gripes, but they're very minor and barely worth mentioning. So, in summary, so far, it's a very decent gazebo for a reasonable price, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it holds up. From what I understand, Suncrown's customer service is very good, so I look forward to dealing with them if I ever need replacement parts. Update: 1 year later, I'm still very happy with the purchase. I have the gazebo bolted down to a small wooden platform (roughly the same size) in the middle of my yard and ratcheted down with straps in each corner, and it stayed up despite the 20 mph winds (according to my weather app) we were experiencing a couple weeks ago. I was a little nervous because it felt like the wind might bring it down, but it held and appears to be going strong. Anymore than 20 mph, I'm doubtful it would hold. You will need to tighten some of the screws holding the frame, on occasion, as winds do what they do.

It fits perfectly on our terrace. I was worried because the review photos and product details were different, but the exact same product arrived. The delivery was fast too.

I purchased this in May 2022 but waited until now so I could give a review based on a year of using it. It arrived on time but was missing some screws. The company shipped them to me but it took a week to get here so it was disappointing because I wanted to have it up for Memorial Weekend. Oh well. I put most of it together by myself with the exception of the first few pieces and my son/husband helped. The rest I did by myself. We placed it on our deck pretty close up to the house which I believe helps with the wind--the house blocks a good bit of it. Regardless, I anchored it to the deck by drilling screws into the feet of the gazebo. It's not going anywhere. We love it! Sat many days/evenings out there without being bitten by mosquitos. I usually try to close all of it up when it's going to rain hard. For just a quick shower I leave it open. I also bought a cover for the furniture and last winter I covered the furniture and closed up the gazebo and everything made out fine. We had no snow at all last winter (and don't usually get a lot). I have a cover for it this winter and plan to use it to help preserve the material so it doesn't dry rot. I found the material of the gazebo to be fine. It's lightweight and I bought some anchors for the bottom to help with the wind blowing them. I've had no issues with the screens either or zippers. I plugged the little holes in the roof (not the vent) to stop the rain from dripping in all over the furniture and that has really helped. I would definitely buy again!

Instructions could of been much better,we had to figure a lot out by ourselves,the Metal frame for the top is missing the threading in some of the holes for the screws so that’s a problem ,it is definitely NOT waterproof ,there grommets holes made in the roof of it as if it were a tarp,and the higher piece in the middle allow a lot of water to come in also ,many of the metal pieces were bent and we had to reshape them carefully not break the weld on them,it is also very light when put together we had very light breeze and it moved and slid it even took flight from the small breeze,I would not advise building this canopy unless your handy with tools ,and have cement bags or something else ready to put down as soon as it’s built …I researched for weeks readings reviews and everything before making this purchase ,I just wish people were more honest because I probably would of been better off buying a $100 canopy

This is exactly what I was looking for to offer shade and block rain from my deck; which is in full sun all afternoon and evening. It is very nicely made with full screens to keep out pests and enclosures to block sun and rain on all four sides. When the weather is nice we open all the solid enclosures and let the breeze blow through the screens. When we want to eat outdoors we just close the solid enclosures on the sides that have the sun and leave the sides that aren't in the sun open for ventilation. At night we can sit out with or without privacy. I have a large octagon patio table with 4 very large chairs, a plant stand with a cover that I use as a sideboard, a small round glass table, a small folding table, and a tote with outdoor supplies (dishes, silverware, napkins, tablecloths, placements,etc.) in this 10' x 10' gazebo. I was even able to hang a chandelier that I had from a previous gazebo. I absolutely love most everything about it. The assembly instructions were very poorly written, but this 72 year old woman and my daughter were able to assemble it in a couple of hours. I anchored it to my deck and will remove the top and curtains after Labor Day so it will hopefully give me several years of service. All in all it has been a great purchase and we've already gotten a ton of use out of it. Would highly recommend this gazebo as it is very sturdy in the wind and extremely versatile. I've owned 4 others and this is one of the very best I've owned.

THE GOOD: Sellers are very attentive with rapid responses to emails concerning item. They seem fair enough going as far as offering me a partial refund to help compensate for the "delay" that happened. THE BAD: Seller does not use Amazon Logistics to ship items. Instead they use FedEx. Which doesn't sound alarming. . . . Be very alarmed! I ordered this item on May 11th when there was just 2 left in stock. My purchase was processed with a max ETA of May 18-May 20. Which was great because it would arrive 6 days prior to memorial day in which a special event was planned. The entire event depended on the Gazebo with the event being outside and our beloved vets the center of attention. Lets get this out of the way; at every step a refund was immediately available to me. I declined all times and at the end you will know why. May 20th came and went. I contacted the seller and was told that FedEx had the package. So, I Called Fedex to track the package and was assured the package was still with the seller. The Seller then admitted that the Gazebo indeed had not been shipped due to Covid-19. My Gazebo Shipped May 29 nearly 3 weeks after ordered. I purchased my Gazebo with only 2 left in stock. About 40 min prior there were 8 left in stock. The Gazebo was selling fast. A little too fast. Questions swirled. Was I just 1 of many who purchased this item believing we were getting 1 of the 2 remaining Gazebos? I remembering checking the item the next day and seeing that it was out of stock. More would be in stock Early June. Now everything made sense. You have 5 Gazebos and 10 buyers. You process all payments. 5 will get their Gazebo on time. 5 others will get a message on day of delivery saying there's been a delay. The delay will vary from day to day until you get your item or request a refund. This is a common business practice that most time is not a big inconvenience to the buyer. That's if you are using Prime. But if you are in California and Shipping to Philadelphia and you use a private carrier and that carrier is FedEx . . . . THE UGLY: FedEx. When the label was printed on March 11th, my item was logged into all systems as shipped. Meaning payment is accepted and a label is created for an item that physically doesn't exist at the time and moment. At first I underestimated FedEx's role in this. My item was reschedule for June 1-3. June 3rd came and went. I contacted them and was told the package was en route. Tracking showed the package left a nearby facility. June 4th came and went. I contacted FedEx and I was told that my package is in the back of a drivers truck and he is home for the night. I can not make this stuff up. Though I'm not surprised FedEx has lowered its standards to such a degree. I was on the phone for nearly an hour with this associate trying to get answers on how this unethical practice was being tolerated. I ended the call with assurances that it would be here Friday June 5. On Friday June 5, just before Noon, I get a message from FedEx telling me my package is once again delayed until Monday June 8th! And that was it. I've had enough. I was blessed enough to hunt down the direct phone number to the office that manages all FedEx drivers. (See Below) Upon speaking with him, I explained all that I knew and all of the ethical violations and deception. He was equally interested in how I obtained the phone number as he was in my issue. Which is saying a lot. (To the Man, Woman, or Animal that gave me the number, I have protected your identity to the fullest) At first he tried to get me to await a call from the manager at the shipping facility. I declined that offer. I instead suggested he contact them and that he call me back with the word. He did just that. He called me back and said it would be here today. I was still skeptical. So, I was preparing to write out an Official version of events and contact the media with it. Hoping that it would lead to me getting my package. And finally the package showed up June 5th in the afternoon. I was in front of my door working on my light fixture when one deliver walked right up to me carrying my package and promptly delivered it to my next door neighbors house. I just gave a little wave when he looked at me and finally the Gazebo was here. I also confirmed that my package was left overnights parked on the streets in a Non FedEx truck while drivers were in their home for the night. *(844) 432-3871. This is the direct line to the manager's office for all FedEx drivers. No voicemail service. Direct. Share this number in any way you can for all those who been having problems with FedEx packages. SUSAN CAMPBELL: Before I get to the Gazebo, I want to publicly thank Susan Campbell of Amazon who immediately issued a voucher to purchase a canopy shelter to hold me over through the "Delays" It came on Memorial day morning in plenty of time to save the day. She was very empathetic and caring. The $100 canopy is shockingly a 4 star. Missing a 5 because of the array of bugs and insects that are suicidally attracted to inside material that the roof is made of. THE GAZEBO: Believe it or not I have spent the last 9 months searching for a gazebo mainly on Amazon but other places also. I have become somewhat of a Guru if that makes sense. I knew from the moment I saw this Gazebo that this was the one because of how many factors had to be in place. And man it is everything I dreamed it would be. It's an absolute slam dunk can't miss product. It weighs 75 lbs. It's heavy enough to be considered a permanent Gazebo, while being light enough to not overwhelm during transportation and any lifting. But the 75 lbs can be deceptive to a deliver who may attempt to lift without a partner causing damage to the Aluminum. I had to minor dents. The picture instructions are hysterically lazy. No words at all. Every step has 5 steps in 1. So you will need to take your time and assemble with your eyes. The Gazebo itself is relatively simple to assemble. I was able to decipher the instructions and put the Gazebo up in 5 hours by myself only using my lady to help turn it over right side up and set the roof frame and fabric on top. I would absolutely recommend 2 people to assemble. The Gazebo was well thought out. The fabric stands tough to elements, gentle to the touch and beautiful to the eyes. Add Christmas lights like I did and you feel like you inside of a Carousel. High quality mosquito netting. All measurements are exact. Use the screw driver provided to enter all screws, then carefully finish with power drill. The parts are designed to be secured to one another in at least 4 different ways solidifying its sturdiness. I see the price increase by $20 but The Frame/Curtain/Mosquito combos quality are still financially unmatched anywhere on the internet if bought separately. And I doubt you will find such quality sold as a set even remotely close to this price ($399). I can be persuaded to up the rating because I would hate for people to see the 3 stars and get the wrong impression about the Gazebo. Its an absolute steal. But ask yourself If the fight leading up to it is worth it?
