High quality cost-effective o-rings. I bought these for my 1/16 scale rock crawler for a nunber of things. Shimming the differentials, proving cushion for suspension links and shocks, sealing from water - all perfect uses for these o rings.

Perfect size for 1911 grip screws
The perfect size to use as O-rings for 1911 grip screws to stop them backing out during use

Not too snug.
A little bigger than 8 mm, they fit on my gauge, they just are not snug in there and could easily fall off while sleeping. I haven’t had them fall off yet.
