This product was easy to install into our closet system. It was a functional addition to our closet to help create a better organized space.

I ordered two of these from Amazon. The first one from a different seller arrived rusted, no hardware, brackets or instructions. This seller sent a brand new beautiful drawer with hardware, brackets and instructions! This was the final piece of my closet which is now beautiful. Using the drawer for my designer purses. Amazon sent accredit for other drawer.

It showed up rusty and when you pull the drawer out it makes this horrible screeching noise.

Super sturdy, easy to install, and large enough to hold tons of clothes. Slides well.

Works with the Rubbermaid FastTrack and Configurations systems (same uprights and supports) and only takes a minute to screw the rail onto the supports and install. Warning: You have to ensure that you have the spacing on your uprights exactly correct per the factory instructions or this will NOT work; there is no adjustment on the width, so if you didn't use the factory spacing then you're going to have problems or will have to install a short upright in a random spot to get your spacing right.

I ordered a drawer and 2 10ft closet shelving kits. Both kits arrived clearly previously opened. After I installed the first kit, I opened the drawer to put it in its place and it was covered in a gross rust all over the silver parts of the drawer. Again all of these were supposed to be new items I purchased. I returned that drawer and asked for a replacement because the drawer still has a purpose in the closet. The second one arrived and it was just as rusty and corroded looking if not more than the first one. I am just completely returning them because odds are at this point that anything else I receive will have an issue. Very disappointed.

Packaging looked fine, and painted surfaces looked new, but the tracks and braces were rusted and did not slide smooth. I can only assume these were factory irregular units that could not be sold retail. Works fine, if you don't expect perfection.

As we have not completed the installation of the Rubbermaid closet products we have purchased, I am looking forward to the basket addition. All the Rubbermaid products are easy to install and come with eary to follow instruction on how to put together.

Ordered 4 baskets all of which arrived with corrosion on the galvanized metal frame. Painted areas were fine but clearly water damage or second stock being resold. Too much bother for me to return and works fine just know it’s not a perfect unit.

these drawers are a nice size. I love the look. I do not like that they constantly slide out. So annoying
