I discovered this product a year ago. After recovering from an illness, in which I wasn't able to eat for a long time, my stomach enzymes were mostly gone. At the time, I didn't know that was the problem; I just knew I couldn't eat anything without getting sick to my stomach. As a result, I could barely eat and felt weak all the time. I came across this product on the internet after reading about how a lack of enzymes can cause the problem I was having; the article said recovering anorexics have the same problem. Your stomach eats its own enzymes when you don't eat for a long period. Then when you can eat again, your body doesn't have the enzymes it needs to digest food. I tried this product because it had got the best reviews. One review I read said it was one of the few you could find containing ox bile, which helps you to digest fat. The first day I took it, it gave me a slight headache, but no more problems after that. Literally, by the next day I was a different person. I had been too weak to open a bottle or jar by myself. Overnight, I was able to. I'm thinking maybe I was weak from malnourishment before, because of not having the enzymes to properly absorb nutrients in food. After a few days, I noticed I no longer got sick to my stomach at all. I could even eat beans or ice cream without having any gas. The only slightly annoying thing is having to remember it every time you eat, but it's well worth it. Also, after I had been taking it for a few months, I guess my supply of enzymes got built back up or something, however that works, because then I could go for days not taking and still not get sick. At one point I ran out, and went a few months without it. It took 3 months for me to start getting gas or upset stomach to the point a normal person does, but of course, it never got as bad as after I had been sick. I just received my order yesterday and resumed taking them. These are good for anyone, not just someone who is sick or has stomach problems. I read people are doing good to absorb 50% of the nutrients in their food, and this increases that, so it makes you healthier. I think that is why I regained my strength overnight when I first tried it. Excellent product. Literally gave me my health back when I was sick.

These are the Best Digestive enzyme that I've tried & use repeatedly. The quality is there. Not to much of a taste. They're very effective when taken as directed. They could help promote weight loss because they help you digest your food. The texture is a hard pill capsule shape. Drink a lot of water to swallow these. The ingredients are top notch compared to other brands I've tried. They can be expensive But They are worth it. I don't leave home without them.

I read the taste bothers some but I take with a big glass of water so it doesn't touch my tongue. I was sick with nausea all summer and fall. My relatives and friends were getting sick of me being sick!! My doctor kept saying I had the stomach flu but I had no fever, never threw up. I started watching YouTubes on my symptoms. I also had alot of pressure where my pancreas was. Severe nausea, tremors, never felt well. Thought about ending it all because nausea is so awful. My symptoms lined up with pancreatitis but I didn't have the severe pain. I started watch videos on pancreatic health and then started researching digestive enzymes and found this product and read the reviews. I got this product in a day, started eating for pancreatic health and took two pills about 10 minutes before I ate. The nausea was gone!!! The next morning my poop sank in the toilet instead of floating like it had all summer. I am limiting fats to olive oil for now but will try to eat eggs and butter again in a week. I feel this made me feel better almost immediately.

You heard me. That headline is not hyperbole. I am a community health worker who educates patients on healthy dietary choices. I'm also a supplement skeptic. Most people do not need supplements. They are unregulated and usually unnecessary. However, I was diagnosed with gallstones in March. Every time I ate more than 20g of fat in a single day, I was left in crippling pain. The process for surgical removal has been ridiculous and it will be over 9 months since the onset before I will get my gallbladder removed. In the meantime, I was losing a dramatic amount of weight and was in pain every single day. I did a lot of research on how to get some temporary relief while I waited and found a lot of studies on oxbile and HCI in particular. There is less literature to suggest the efficacy of the other digestive enzymes, but I figured I would give it a try. Absolute night and day. As long as I take a pill with a meal, I am able to have up to 40g of fat every day. This is still below what I should be eating, but it's far more doable and I have been able to stop my weight loss. I have not had a single attack after a meal where I take one of these pills. This should not be used as a long term solution to gallstones, but if you find yourself in a similar situation, these very may well save your life.

Yes the price is high but the product is absolutely flawless and good, its a BIG bottle and each individual tablet is big as well, looks top notch, as for the effectiveness of the tablets idk, i just started taking these, you just have to believe it does good for you though there may not be visible results , its good, i like the bottle as well, nice finish
