I really, really like this Chocolate Ancient Nutrition Collagen. The powder dissolves just about instantly and mixes well in my coffee. I appreciate that it has 10 collagen types in it. I wish they would list them all though. I haven't used it long enough to determine if it helps with arthritis pain. I've used it 1 month and literature says it takes about 3? Anyway, the taste is really chocolately. It does have a mild aftertaste, but I don't mind that. My husband is not a fan, that's why the 4 stars instead of 5. He likes the plain or Vanilla flavored.

The chocolate taste has a hint of coffee flavor (a plus in my book). There is a slight aftertaste, but it tastes so much better than any of the other brands that I have tried.
