Hi, Thank you for contacting MitoQ. MitoQ is an advanced form of ubiquinol and yes it is more effective than liposomal ubiquino. MitoQ is basically ubiquinol with the long greasy chain removed and a positive charge attached this means that it can penetrate the cells double membrane up to 847x more than other forms of CoQ10. why do you put carageennan in your product?

Carrageenan is a cheap thickener made from deduced Irish moss and linked to gastrointestinal inflammation. People who have even mild dysbiosis will experience nausea and cramping. I have to avoid this just like MSG!!!!

Can you take both Ubiquinol and MitoQ at the same time?

In short you probably can but from my experience and gathered expertise on CO Q10 derivatives it hasn’t been done yet or recommended by any authoritative spokesperson. There are 3 forms of COQ10. Ubiqinone, Ubiquinol and Mito Q The first two have different efficacies according to research. They also benefit the body in slightly different ways. Mito Q is newer but from my experience it is unique and superior in its rate of absorption into the body. The first 2 from my knowledge can be taken together but Mito Q has not been used in combination with the other two yet to my knowledge.
