My go to to change a rusty item back to a item with no rust works great. Honestly it stops rust and also changes a item from surface rust to no rust. You must saturate the item and give it time but it does, in fact, work.

It does what it's supposed to do, and the product functions as intended. However, this should change the can style to have an attached straw.
