At first the size appeared to be a little larger than the size I ordered. However, after washing and drying them, they are the correct size and fit fine.

Cheap product at a high price
I was disappointed with the quality of the product. For many years I used to buy Jockey panties at The Hudson Bay store in Toronto. The quality was excellent, the material was a high quality cotton. This product, although with the label Jockey, is of a visibly lower quality. Yes, it's cotton, but it looks very cheap. I was considering a return, but then thought better, only because I paid with a gift card. Lesson learned: Amazon is no longer a marketplace where the quality is guaranteed.
