I love these period patches. I have bought these multiple times and always make sure I have some on hand. The shape is what makes them so helpful as they go across the abdomen. I have PCOS and ovarian pain. These are wonderful for days I am out and about or it is too hot to use a heating pad. They feel cooling, soothing, and they do help with pain.I will always repurchase these as they are an important part of my health care. They stick well, are comfortable, and I also enjoy wearing them at night as they stay in place. I've also used these on my lower back when I have bad back pain from cramping, and they help soothe.Sometimes getting them out of the package and then putting the rest back in without peeling one can be difficult. Also, if you sweat a bunch, I have found the sweat can 'carry' the menthol and spead it around a bit. But these issues are minor and easy to ignore, especially when in pain and looking for relief.

Honestly, I cannot recommend these enough! I’ve probably bought over 10 packs by now. I have endometriosis, and these have become an absolute staple for me. They’re such a great natural alternative, and they genuinely make a difference to my pain.I don’t know whether it’s the ingredients, the cooling/warming sensation, or even a bit of placebo—but honestly, I don’t care because they help! On really difficult days, they’ve made such a noticeable difference and have become something I always make sure I have on hand. If you struggle with period pain or conditions like endometriosis, they’re definitely worth trying. I don’t leave reviews often so take this as a genuine good review for the product. They are stretchy and easy to cut so can fit anywhere on the body. Yes they are expensive but I do genuinely think they are worth it!

I was recommended these and am glad I tried them. They're literally giant Elastoplast; easy to stick on, very discreet & comfortable, they give off a lovely smell too without being overpowering. It took about 10 mins after application (lower abdomen) for the menthol & eucalyptus to really start kicking in and in terms of pain relief; it took the edge off, but didn't alleviate, hence not quite 5 stars. I also left it on overnight and ended up with a slight red patch o the skin, but otherwise I would recommend giving them a go as a completely natural alternative pain relief.

As a man, it’s difficult to comment, but my wife suggested buying these for our daughter who has praised them, saying not only have they helped during the day, but they also smell nice too. I can only go on the feedback and not personal use, obviously, but it looks like I’ll be buying these again.

Using my husbands account to purchase and review 😂 Reviews both on here and on tiktok lead me to purchase a pack. I was disappointed as I don’t really feel the strips have had any effect on my cramps at all. They do smell good though, they’re easy to apply and they’re comfortable. They’re definitely calming, so maybe good for headaches / easing anxiety and stress rather than cramps? They’ve not provided pain relief for me. Though they do calm my anxiety about the pain. Glad I tried them and I have rebought as they’re soothing rather than pain relief.

Great to help with period pain. Also amazing in the summer to help cool down.
