Great quality, holds very nice. Fits my 43x and S&W Sheild 45 both perfectly. I am right handed so it's on my right leg which puts the mag pouch in the rear of the holster below the grip. Small short mags are fine but, any plus 1 or two mags make it slightly difficult to draw with a full purchase on the grip. I carry the plus size mags in a pocket when needed.

Very comfortable, stays where it is supposed to

Lets Start with the good. It is comfortable and easily put on. It fits on, with shoes or around the zip up style boots. The owner reached out to me stating they had a bad batch get through their quality control and some of that batch was shipped before they could pull it. They sent me a new holster, it has heavier snaps that hold it in place. The retention straps are placed in a better spot. This is deffinatly a better holster than the first one. The security thumb straps are still not adjustable and will still not hold a small palm sized gun securely. But this is easily fixed by taking up the extra slack and sowing it into the position you want it. Below this point is the bad review of the first holster and ghost has remedied most of my concerns. Now the Bad. The security thumb straps are not adjustable. The little snap it comes with pops off on its own. If you have to run with or kick with this ankle holster it will not hold your gun. Your gun will fall out on the ground. Im in law enforcement and its a necessity for me to have it secure. My gun has come out of the holster twice. There is a good idea here but it needs work the retention is worthless.

I have been carrying a p365 XL with this holster and it is very comfortable. Other reviews mentioned it being uncomfortable on their ankle bone but I don't have any problems at all with that. I think if you don't have it high enough (a few inches too low can make a big difference), it could be a problem. The retention straps work well and the extra magazine holder can be used for other items too (flashlight, Tourniquet, knife). The holster doesn't slip at all throughout the whole day and is very comfortable to wear. I recommend a smaller handgun than a p365 XL just due to the length of the grip making it obvious under the pant leg that there is something there. A 4" or less grip on a handgun will work great for most people. You should be too concerned about someone seeing a little bit of bulk on your ankle anyways. Almost no one will notice, if they even know what to look for and where to look for it. The one and only thing I would change about this holster is the retention strap for the handgun. I would prefer the button to be able to be undone with my thumb in a downward motion instead of up with my fingertips. That's easily worked around though with a little practice and I don't expect to have a 1 second draw with this holster anyways with it being an ankle carry holster.

I got the large version as I have Flintstone calves. It is extremely comfortable and truly fits perfectly. I am right handed, 6'0" and 250 Lbs. with a 38" waist and 31" inseam. I am carrying a Kimber Micro 9 which fits excellently in the holster. I honestly could not be happier with the fit and feel of this ankle holster. The reasons I gave it a 3 and not a 5: 1) The magazine pouch is placed behind the gun handle and this seems to interfere with me getting a good initial grip on the pistol until I wrangle it out. This should be moved to to other side of the gun for right-handed folks. To mitigate this, I revolved the holster so the magazine lines up more with my Achilles tendon such that is is out of the way of drawing the pistol. 2) The retention straps for BOTH the pistol and the magazine are way too long and there is no way to adjust the length of the retention strap to the button snap. Not sure the best way to mitigate this other than a) take it to a shop that can cut the length and put a new snap on place or b) twist the strap till it actually fits correctly or c) sew the strap together so it can actually retain the pistol as it should. I will wear this for a couple weeks and update this review with further information.

This holster fits well and the Velcro seems to be much better than other brands that I have tried so far. We’ll have to see in a couple of months if it is still holding up.

Best Ankle holster i have ever owned.I am disabled and can not walk.Im in a wheelchair most of the time.I am left handed.so im glad it works on both legs inside or outside.the velcro is very strong.The Ankle Holster did not disappoint.

I’ve probed wearing without a firearm a few times and it takes no time at all to forget it’s there. Breathes well and flexes so you stay comfy and confident. Can’t think of any way to improve, except the latching belt is a little long, but I wrap behind and over and it’s snug and perfect.
