I picked up the Ghost BCAA in the Sour Stripes flavor, and it is incredible—sweet, tart, and exactly what I was hoping for. Mixability & Container Design: Mixes Easily: It mixed effortlessly into a simple glass of water with just a spoon—no shaker bottle or fancy whisk attachment required. Texture: No grit or clumping at all on my first glass. It’s an extremely fine powder (it even wafts a bit when you open the tub!). Not bad, but since Ghost lost the Sour Patch Kids license, it tastes wayyyyy different than it used to. I thought it would be the same, alas, it is not.

This was my first time trying a ghost electrolyte product. It’s great value for money. It’s effective to use with workouts. Easy to mix with water, a great flavor and overall a great product. I will buy this again.

It works I mix my creatine in it and it gives me the hydration I need before and after my workout

I used to get the individual packets in the blue raspberry flavor but cant find them anymore. I put 2 scoops in my water bladder when I hike. The flavor is really good and the electrolytes help a lot during exercise. Ive tried the grape too and its pretty good but pineapple is my current favorite.

El producto está bien y fué entregado a tiempo. A mi me da sabor a fresa-sandía 😹 No me desagradó, pero… creo que prefiero el de uva ¡ojalá vendieran el de strawbango en esta presentación! Igual está muy bien por el precio.
