I wanted to neutralize the chlorine in my hair and suit after swimming laps but still use my regular shampoo. This is the ingredient in the pricey dechlor shampoos that does that and it's a many year supply. Just one large pinch in 1 cup water in my sprayer. I spray my hair, suit, goggles, etc. down after rinsing off.

I purchased this to reduce chlorine level in a spa after accidently overdosing with chlorine. A very small amount is all that is required to knock out excessive chlorine levels. Works great. With the small amount it required, this size will last a very long time.
